Don’t eat pasta and milk before you go on stage to perform for thousands of fans! “Justin had pasta and milk about an hour and a half before he went on stage,” the source tells us. “He’s a bit embarrassed but he’s fine, the kid is tough and knows how to laugh at himself.” We told you that Justin took to Twitter after the show to write: “And ….
