Kristen Stewart opens up about how she identifies with her character in ‘On The Road.’
Even though On the Road channels a different era, actress Kristen Stewart has no trouble identifying with the plight of her character in today’s modern age.
“There’s never going to be a time when people like that don’t exist,” Kristen revealed during film’s premiere. “It’s not about how rebellious they were being for the time or what conventions they were going against, it was so much more than that. It’s not about being rebellious, it’s about being yourself.”
Like her character in the movie, Kristen has remained true to herself despite the chaos surrounding her personal life. When photos of Kristen having an affair went viral, she didn’t make excuses for actions. She publicly apologized to Robert Pattinson, her boyfriend of three-years and tried to repair the damage the caused.
While many actresses in her position would shy away from the public eye and skip out on their promotional responsibilities, Kristen put on a brave face and answered questions on the red carpet.
Do YOU think Kristen is coping well?
