'Celebrity Apprentice': A Shocking Double Firing Reveals Final Three
With the season finale just two weeks away, Donald Trump fired two more celebrities! Did the right contestants survive?
Arsenio Hall found himself in yet another boardroom battle on the May 6 episode of The Celebrity Apprentice, only this time it wasn’t Aubrey O’Day on the receiving end of his fit — it was Project Manager Teresa Giudice! He called her out for her poor leadership skills, while Teresa accused him of not bringing anything to the table. Ultimately, the celeb who ended up hearing Donald Trump‘s two favorite words was…
“It was a good experience,” Teresa said. “I wanted to prove to people that there’s more to me than just a housewife.”
Arsenio and Aubrey tried to play a little trick on Lisa Lampanelli, telling her Aubrey was the one who got canned, but the Queen of Mean — and the one I had put my money on in this competition — wasn’t buying it for a second.
That’s when things got real: The Donald called all four remaining contestants back to the boardroom for surprise interviews with last year’s Celebrity Apprentice winner John Rich and runner-up Marlee Matlin. When the one-on-ones were over, two more celebrities would be fired!
After an intense round of interviews, Lisa was let go, thus killing my dream of her winning the whole competition.
“My experience here was really cool … but hey, I was fired by Mr. Trump in the most pleasant way possible,” Lisa said on her way out. “It’s almost like I went out on this really high note.”
But just when the Donald was ready to fire another celeb, we were given a big fat “To be continued…”
