The singer is working out seven days a week and dieting since she gave birth to twins Moroccan and Monroe on April 30, in a bid to be thinner than ever.

Mariah Carey wants to look as good as she did at her 1990s peak when she returns to TV screens this month on The X Factor. Find out how she’s getting the weight off!

“She works out a minimum of two hours a day, seven days a week now,” a source tells Star magazine.

And she’s dieting too, to try and shake off 25 more pounds.

“She’s on a spartan diet, cutting out refined sugar and white flour and most meat products,” the source adds.

“It’s making her crabby. But she’s leaving nothing to chance.”

Mariah, 42 has tweeted photos of her jogging with her pet dogs — and all that hard work is clearly paying off. She looks fantastic!

Remember, she gave birth to twins Moroccan and Monroe just four months ago!

But will she manage to regain the famous figure that made her one of the sexiest women in the world?
