Warren’s trial ended with shocking revelations, including tapes in which the religious leader instructs young girls how to please him and the fact that he had 29 child brides.
Warren Jeffs‘ trial on charges of sexual assault against two minors turned even more horrifying August 8 as jurors were forced to listen to tapes of the former FLDS leader engaging in sex with underage girls, driving some jurors to tears. The jurors responded by sentencing Warren to life in prison, plus 20 years.
The Daily Mail reports, “Softly telling five girls to ‘set aside all your inhibitions,’ the convicted paedophile was heard giving the young girls detailed pointers during a graphic ten-minute tape played for the Texas jury. The audiotape from 2004 was played before another, made within hours of the first, in which prosecutors say Jeffs can be heard having sex with all the girls at the same time.”
That is not all either as he is also saying the girls, “need to be excited” and that if they refused they would be “rejected by God.”
Warren was facing up to 119 years in a Texas prison for his assaults on a 12 and 15-year-old girl.
The final shocking detail presented by the prosecution was that Warren was involved in 550 bigamous marriages, 67 of which were with underage girls.
