‘I completely fell in love with Bentley last night,’ Ashley tells the cameras, not knowing that he’s about to break her heart!
Poor Bachelorette Ashley Hebert is about to get heartbroken by player Bentley Williams! On the June 6 episode, Ashley admits that she’s falling in love with Bentley and that he is the one. But she has no clue what’s in store as Bentley prepares to say goodbye and crush her heart.
“Ashley, I’ve been saying since the beginning, she’s just not my type,” Bentley tells the cameras. “I’m not feeling it. I feel like it’s a waste of time and it’s better to just walk away — to the point where all I want to do is be on the first plane back.”
Bentley’s not only been leading on Ashley, but the other male contestants as well. “Guys, I’m going home — Give you guys a hug,” he tells them just before he walks out the door. He then turns to the cameras as laughs. “These tools, like these freaking idiots — all the guys know that I’m the frontrunner because they see my connection with Ashley,” says Bentley. “She’s more into me than anyone else. But none of them have any idea that I don’t care about Ashley.”
“I have the opportunity and I played everyone,” he adds. “That’s something that’s never been done before.”
While all of this is happening, Ashley is in lala land dreaming about Bentley. “My one-on-one with Bentley was so great last night,” she gushes. “Just him coming to console me was all that I needed to feel better.”
“I completely fell in love with Bentley last night,” she continues. “There’s just something about him that is so sincere that I just know that he’s my guy. If it was up to me, I’d grab Bentley and take off to Salt Lake City. Honestly, if it were up to me, that’s what I would do. I feel so happy. I think I’m going to leave here with what I hope to leave here with, a husband!”
But Bentley has other ideas. “I think that Ashley might think that I could be the one, but I don’t know how I’m going to keep doing this and keep going through this because I don’t want to,” he says as he’s on his way to dump her. “So I need to go say goodbye to Ashley.”
“Heartbreak is worse than any illness in my opinion,” he admits. “Not just physical pain, it’s emotional pain. But it has to happen, so I’m going to make Ashley cry.”
As if that’s not bad enough, he primps on his way to see her! “I hope my hair looks OK,” Bentley smiles. “I feel like I’m about to go do some huge performance and I haven’t rehearsed. So here we go.”
“Talking to Ashley is one of those things that I’m not sure exactly how this is going to go, but there’s no turning back,” Bentley says. “It’s a trip dude. It’s freaking with my head. I need to go poop it out.”
Really Bentley? It doesn’t seem like being a jerk is something you would find hard to do!
