Prince William and Kate will make their first official public appearance since their honeymoon at a charity event June 9 in London, and‘s got the details of their much-anticipated debut!

The newlyweds, who will also embark on a tour across North America next month, will attend the chic 10th annual Absolute Return for Kids (ARK) gala dinner, to benefit the Foundation for Princes William and Harry.

According to the charity, “ARK’s guests of honour will be Their Royal Highnesses, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.  The Duke of Cambridge will also be our much esteemed keynote speaker, making this year’s dinner a truly special event.  With Prince Harry, he is recognised around the world for his philanthropic drive and spirit, and his commitment to using his position to help the less fortunate.”

The soiree will be held at Perks Field, near Buckingham Palace. According to the Palace, the princes’ foundation and ARK “share a common vision and commitment to transform  the lives of disadvantaged children in the U.K. and around the world.”

A source tells PEOPLE that Prince William is expected to announce a collaboration between his foundation and ARK.

The royals aren’t the only bold-faced names associated with ARK: Uma Thurman‘s on-again/off-again boyfriend, international financier Arki Busson, sits on its international board of trustees.

Plus, the gala’s entertainment will provided by Mark Ronson & the Business Intl., as well as a surprise rock band to be revealed the night of the event.
