So us two Hollywoodlifer’s set off on a mission to get in shape for the summer, so we tried Hollywood’s latest trend, The Fresh Diet, and it was great!

It was not until the big refrigerated bag of food showed up on my front stoop of my house did I understand why so many people went nuts over Fresh Diet. I had heard wonderful things but never took the time to really understand what this sensation was all about.
On the first day of my seven week trial, I opened up my Fresh Diet bag to find some unreal dishes. Little did I know what I was in store for when I had planned my menu. I never thought in a million years this food would be so delicious. From waffles, to Philly Cheese Steak wraps, topped of with cheesecake — who could ask for anything better? Each meal was better than the next. Above all else this diet was a great way to not only eat better but to understand how vital it is to focus on portion control.
We can eat anything out heart desires, but at the end of the day it is ALL about the size of your portions. It was a whole new way of eating for me as the actual amount of food was a lot less than I would have for lunch or dinner. After seven days I felt lighter and had so much energy. The ingredients were so fresh and you taste that after each bite.
I give this diet 5 stars! I absolutely recommend it! I never knew how excited I would get by a refrigerated bag, each day I was more anxious to see what I would be eating. Its a wonderful concept that I think everyone needs to try out!
With bikini season just around the corner I knew that I really needed to step up my game if I wanted to be up to par for the summer. I had heard about The Fresh Diet for a while know since I knew it was a celeb favorite and I decided this would be the best time to try it out. I was a bit worried about the five meal a day plan since I am used to really only eating two large meals at the most convenient time I find during that day.
The night before my first official day, my refrigerated bag was delivered to my door. When I opened up the bag I was surprised by the variety of dishes. I know that I had signed up for certain meals but I did not truly believe that each dish would come so pleasantly prepared.
I would say that the first day was the hardest since I had to figure out when I would eat all five meals so that I would not be hungry in between. Especially since I had to fight the urge to eat more than one of the meals at once since I was not used to the small portions. I quickly realized though that the small portions five times a day were satisfying me and I didn’t really need to eat a huge portion to feel full.
The different assortments of fish, vegetables, wraps, and more kept me looking forward to the next meal while showing me how to find food that I love that is also healthy. The Fresh Diet really showed me a better way of eating that gives me more energy and hotter bod! I would definitely do The Fresh Diet again, and recommend it to any girl trying to get bikini ready asap!
