Just like other celebrity moms, Kelly is shedding the baby weight fast — and it’s by not dieting or working out like a fiend!
Kelly Preston, 48, isn’t stressing out about losing those postpartum pounds after giving birth to her 5-month-old son Benjamin with husband John Travolta. Actually, she hasn’t even really tried to lose the weight!
“I haven’t been working out. At all,” she tells People. “Maybe that’s the secret don’t stress about it.”
So how does she look so amazing? “I’ve been lucky because I’ve been breastfeeding so that’s really helped me lose the weight,” she says. “That really is the secret.” Just like Celine Dion, Miranda Kerr and Penelope Cruz!
But still, Kelly knows the baby weight would fall off if she slipped into her sneakers. “It certainly would be better if I started to exercise, but I had a C-section so my stomach muscles weren’t very strong,” she confesses. “I wanted to do some dance classes but it was a little too much. I was down for the count!”
Well, all that matters now is that you have a healthy baby, Kelly! And he’s absolutely adorable.
