Jenelle tried to visit her boyfriend in jail, but didn’t make it during visiting hours — so she left a bag of socks and underwear instead!

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans stopped by the Brunswick County N.C. jail to visit her boyfriend Kieffer Delp on April 8, but was not allowed to see him! “She did go to visit him, but was turned away as he was not allowed visitors at that time,” a source tells exclusively. She did “leave him with some fresh underwear and socks” though!

According to a deputy at the jail, visiting hours are from 9:00 – 10:30 a.m. and 2:30-9:00 p.m. And, anyone can visit an inmate as long as the jailbird puts the visitors name on the list before.

Maybe Jenelle’s name never got put on the list or maybe she was just misinformed about the actual visiting hours?

Either way, Jenelle did leave a bag of socks and underwear there for Kieffer. Jail regulations limit the inmate to receiving one package only within first 14 days of being placed behind bars. Lucky for Kieffer, Jenelle dropped off the look on day 12 of his incarceration.

The rules also limit what items can be contained in the package: 3 pairs of socks, 3 pairs of underwear, 3 female sports-bras (hopefully Keiffer doesn’t need these), a paperback bible, a paperback book, a paperback puzzle book, 15 unsealed plain envelopes, 15 sheets of paper and a deck cards.

If Kieffer needs any more items after April 9, he will have to order them directly from the jail commissary.

Kieffer was arrested March 27 on a prior cocaine charge. He will most likely remain behind bars until his April 13 hearing as he can not find a place to live. He made bail on March 29 and can enter into house arrest, but has yet to find a home that has a telephone land-line.
