As part of the deal, both Charlie and Brooke will have to submit to random drug tests three times a month. Thank God!
After weeks of waiting, TMZ has issued the details behind Charlie Sheen, 45, and Brooke Mueller‘s custody agreement involving their 2-year-old twin boys, Bob and Max. And it sounds like Charlie could be “winning” after all…
Although some people thought he would never get custody of his kids back, Charlie will have plenty of visitation time while he travels for his comedy tour, My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat Is Not An Option.
For the first two months, Charlie will get custody of Bob and Max every other weekend from Saturday A.M. to Sunday P.M. Then for the next two months, he will have them from Saturday A.M. to Monday A.M.
If all goes well and he and Brooke, 33, stay drug and alcohol free, Charlie will permanently get the boys every other weekend, Saturday A.M. to Monday A.M., AND Wednesday A.M to Thursday A.M. Pretty good deal, right?
BUT, that’s not all. Brooke and Charlie will both need to take random drug tests three times a month, to insure that they are drug free.
And, both parents are required to have their regular nannies with them at ALL times while they have the kids. Also, Bob and Max are not allowed to be photographed with any romantic partners, so bye bye porn stars “goddesses.”
Do you think this is a fair agreement? We think Charlie got a good deal.
