Brad Womack‘s women definitely didn’t hold back on poor Michelle Money during The Bachelor: The Women Tell All. I almost felt bad for Michelle as I watched the women terrorize her by basically calling her a bad mom! “In my family, you put your child first — I felt like you put you first,” former contestant Stacey tells Michelle.
“I think I put a lot of pressure on myself because I left my daughter,” Michelle admits. “I feel guilty for that. I still feel like I shouldn’t have done that — I shouldn’t have left her.”
But despite her insecurities, Michelle doesn’t think the girls have right to criticize her. “I am a good mother,” she says. “You have no right to even kind of question my mothering in any way.”
Michelle believes she went on the show for the right reasons — to find love. It’s her strong personality and beautiful looks that made the other women hate her!
“I think Brad made it very clear that he loved my confidence,” Michelle explains. “I took advantage — I had to get to know him. Every second I’m there with him, is a second I was away from my daughter. I thought we were very honest — a mature relationship.”
It’s Michelle’s determination and drive to win Brad over that set her apart as the “crazy” woman. But now Michelle regrets her behavior.
“It was all wonderful then all of this comes out,” Michelle says. “The negative effects are starting to outweigh the positive. I can’t even breathe. I didn’t go on the show to be a clown. I want to find love.”
And how does Brad honestly feel about Michelle?
“I can’t say enough good things about you,” Brad tells Michelle. “I loved your confidence. When we were together, that was all I knew. I seriously don’t think you have a malicious bone in your body.”
But Michelle still didn’t get the final rose, nor did one of my favorites — Ashley Hebert.
Brad sent Ashley home because he didn’t think she was ready for marriage.
Ashley confronted Brad about that sad goodbye.
“During my exit, I had a lot of questions,” says Ashley. “I don’t know what I was doing. It was a defense mechanism. After that first date, I was in — I felt something really strong for him. It was the situation. I was trying to protect myself from getting hurt.”
Thankfully, Ashley’s moving on. “All I am doing is learning from it and going forward,” she says. “I am excited to start dating again.”
Is Ashley over Brad — and in the process of becoming the next Bachelorette? We’ll just have to wait and find out!
Be sure to tune in next week to find out who gets Brad’s final rose. Will it be Emily Maynard or Chantal O’Brien?
