Bristol wants to relocate to Arizona, but will her son Tripp be going with her? It’s all up to daddy Levi!
Bristol Palin may be planning to relocate to Maricopa, Ariz., now that she’s purchased a $172,000 3,929-square foot home, but the question is … will her 2-year-old son Tripp Johnston be moving with her? Baby daddy Levi Johnston has yet to give his approval for Tripp to go with Bristol!
Reps confirm that Levi is aware of Bristol’s new purchase, but that he hasn’t made a decision with regards to their son. Even though Bristol has primary custody of Tripp, according to Alaskan law, in order for her to be able to take him to Arizona, she either needs Levi’s consent or she will have to seek a motion from a judge that grants her approval.
But, it seems that Levi, 20, might make this easy for the 20-year-old mother. “Levi is not at all upset that Bristol is going to Arizona,” Levi’s rep tells TMZ. “After the holidays, Levi and Bristol will get together and discuss plans for Tripp.”
Levi and Bristol just have to work out the visitation rights (and, as TMZ points out, who will pay for Levi’s flights down to Arizona if Bristol and her son do move down there).
