“Unfortunately, there aren’t any shortcuts,” Lisa admitted to Star magazine. “I work at doing something physical six days a week. It can be anything from a good walk to dancing to taking a workout class to working out with my trainer, which I do once a week.”

A healthy diet also helps Lisa to maintain her hot bod. “For the past six months I have been following a gluten-free diet, because I was having stomach issues, and I instantly started feeling better,” says Lisa. “I like it a lot, but it’s really, really tough — there is gluten in everything. Also, I try to stay away from processed foods.”

But, like any other woman, she has her weakness. “A big plate of of Mexican food and an icy cold margarita are my two favorite things in life,” she confesses.

For Lisa, though, it’s all about motivation and that means staying sexy for her hubby, actor Harry Hamlin, 58. “Let’s put it this way — I don’t think he would kick me out of bed,” Lisa laughs. “We still appreciate each other’s looks, that’s one of the keys to it all.”
