David tries to save his public image by saying sorry for his detailed words on the Howard Stern Show — do you believe him?
David Arquette says he’s sorry for his sexual tell-all on Howard Stern Oct. 12 where he openly stated that he has not had sex with his estranged wife Courteney Cox for over five months and had since been intimate with waitress Jasmine Waltz twice. He took to Twitter to release the following statement:
“Thank you all for your Love and support at this time. I’m trying figuring out how to be the best person I can be but it’s been a process of trial and error. I went on Howard Stern yesterday to provide clarity and honesty about what I’m experiencing but while doing that I shared too much…it’s alright for me to be honest about my own feelings but in retrospect some of the information I provided involved others and for that I am sorry and humbled..Life is a process of spiritual evolution. I’m sure Courteney and myself will emerge from this painful time better people for what we’ve learned.”
Apparently, Courteney’s not happy about this statement as she’s upset with the manner in which David discussed her personal life. “It was more proof of how immature David is,” an insider said to HollywoodLife.com. “Courteney is a private person. She doesn’t want their personal life talked about on radio. David thought he was doing a good thing by telling everyone what was going on, because so many rumors started to surface, but he said a little too much talking about their sex life.”
David’s mistress also wasn’t satisfied with the overshare. Sources say that Jasmine was upset that David wasn’t completely honest about their intimacies. She said to friends, “Two times, my ass,” TMZ reports.
