Russ Says: I Was At The Scene Of The Crime When Lindsay Lohan Got Sent To Jail – And It Was NUTS!

I was waiting outside the Beverly Hills Court House Sept. 24 to see the results of Lindsay’s court appearance – and it was complete pandemonium!

What better way to start my Friday than by watching Lindsay Lohan go to jail? Well, yeah, that sucked – but her weekend is going to be way worse than what I KNOW she had planned (partying, cocaine, making out with random guys in dark corners) – she’s going to jail for 28 days without a prayer of getting out early!

So, let’s talk about the courthouse experience. To make sure that the media was always entertained during lulls, a very exuberant Lohan fan made sure to let us know she’d come out on top. Wearing a Lindsay inspired shirt and holding a sign reading, “Don’t Mess With The Lohan”, Jake announced, “She’s not Mel Gibson, let her free!” He continued to act wacky for HollywoodLife.com’s camera which you’ll have to see to believe. What else occurred during today’s media frenzy? Check it out!

– Michael Lohan came to the courthouse first, and talked to the media afterwards. He spoke about how angry he was about the bad influences in his daughter’s life and how they’re ruining her – especially her very own lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley! This is another video you NEED to check out BFFs!

– Dina Lohan entered the court looking more like she was there for a fashion shoot then her daughter’s arraignment. Pretty SAD if you ask me!

– Lindsay Lohan arrived at the same time looking like she was about to cry – she was obviously scared! I don’t blame her, but will she really learn her lesson? If I were a betting man – and I am – I would say NO WAY JOSE!

– I was the only one at the scene that wasn’t surprised Lindsay was being sent back to jail. People have been shell-shocked into thinking she gets away with everything. As for me, I have renewed faith in the legal system!

So HollywoodLifers, this was certainly an experience that I would love to say will only happen once in a lifetime, but let’s be honest — the madness continues on October 22nd when Lindsay returns to court after her 28-day stay in jail.
