Tiffani Thiessen has lost 30 lbs. of the 50 lbs. she gained while pregnant with her first daughter, Harper Renn, but the last 20 lbs. have been a challenge. Instead of getting all worked up about it, the White Collar star has accepted her new body for what it is.
“I’d love to be my size again but my body is just not that way,” Tiffani Thiessen, 36, told People magazine at the launch of Crest Pro-Health Clinical Gum Protection Toothpaste. “It doesn’t work that way for me and I’m OK with that. These last 20 are really super stubborn.”
Tiffani gave birth to daughter Harper Renn in June and since then she has been trying to get to the gym at least three times a week — no easy task when you’re running on four hours of sleep a night.
“I started to run again. It’s about trying to balance and find the time to do it,” she said.
We love that a celebrity is coming clean about how tough it is for new moms to lose weight. What do you think? Is Tiffani’s confession super refreshing?
