The former Wonder Years star and best-selling mathematician had a son on Tuesday in Los Angeles.
Way to go, Winnie Cooper! Danica McKellar, formerly one of the child stars of the hit show The Wonder Years, gave birth Tuesday (Sept. 7) to her first child, a 7 lbs., 2 oz. boy named Draco. The 35-year-old actress and mathematician (she has written three best-selling books about the subject, including Math Doesn’t Suck and HOT X: Algebra Exposed) and her composer husband, Mike Verta, 38, released a statement that said, “We are humbled, overjoyed and so grateful for this miraculous gift. It’s like we’ve only now just learned the true meaning of love.” Awww!
Danica, who also appeared in an episode of The Big Bang Theory last year, and Mike got married in March last year. We’re thrilled for the whole family!
