Two of the new Housewives think they’re Bethenny in the making – but will it be Mary or Stacie who steals the show?
Bethenny Frankel is easily the most successful Housewife, so it’s not wonder two of her successors want to model themselves after her! Two D.C. Housewives cast members – Stacie Scott Turner and Mary Schmidt Amons – believe that out of all the other Housewives across the country, Bethenny is who they relate to the most!
“I have watched the New York and Atlanta Housewives,” Stacie, who owns her own real estate agency and is ALSO married to a man named Jason (Bethenny is married to Jason Hoppy) told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. She added, “I relate to Bethenny the most because she’s and entrepreneur juggling a bunch of things like being a mom” and owning a business.
Mary, on the other hand, feels that she relates to Bethenny on a more “positive” level. “It’s really hard to associate with the other casts,” Mary explains. But “the person I most identify with is the person who has been a very positive influence … [is] Bethenny!” She added, “I enjoyed watching her on this season [of the NY Housewives]. It’s been interesting to see how motherhood and marriage has changed her!”
Like Bethenny, Mary is married — her husband’s name is Rich — and they have five children. Where they differ: Mary has never had a real, full-time job! “I come from a legacy,” Mary confessed. “In getting to the age of 40, I didn’t necessarily want to go to work … I wanted to create some interesting opportunities in D.C. for charities. [Plus], I have a passion for fashion!”
Based on what we know about the new D.C. Housewives, which woman do you think is the next Bethenny? Vote below!
