EXCLUSIVE! Emily Blunt's Fitness Secrets: How She's Preparing For Her Big Day!

Pilates, yoga, a personal trainer, cardio — Emily is doing it ALL to get in shape for her wedding!

The big day is almost here for Emily Blunt and The Office star John Krasinski! It’s rumored that the two are getting married this month, and although Emily wouldn’t confirm or deny the rumor, she did tell us what she’s doing to get in shape for her trip down the aisle. “I’ve been working out more recently,” Emily told exclusively June 7 at Freeing Voices Changing Lives, The American Institute for Stuttering’s 4th Annual Benefit Gala at the Tribeca Rooftop in NYC.

“I really like doing Pilates as well and yoga,” Emily said. “And all those lengthening exercises … probably like four, sometimes five times a week!”

Emily also works out with a trainer every week! “I’ve worked with a couple of trainers,” Emily explained. “I really love A.J. Johnson in LA and I love the Tracy Anderson method!”

“It’s so hard,” she said. “That’s a lot of cardio. It’s the most cripplingly difficult, [but] I actually enjoy it!”

And while Emily has been crazy busy getting ready for the wedding, John has stood right by her side supporting her. Though John didn’t walk the red carpet with her at the gala, he did come out to show his love by attending the event.

We caught the two holding hands and stealing intimate glances at the cocktail party and dinner, where Emily was the mistress of ceremonies for the night. John just couldn’t take his eyes off of her! Don’t you wish you could find a man like that?

The two met in Aug. 2008 when Emily’s The Devil Wears Prada co-star Anne Hathaway set her up with John. They announced their engagement on Aug. 28, 2009, and we can’t wait for the big day!
