UPDATE! John Travolta & Kelly Preston Are NOT Having Twins!

The newly expecting couple is only prepping for ONE baby — not two, says rep!

UPDATE: Even though a Star story reported otherwise, John Travolta and Kelly Preston don’t have two buns in the oven. “Totally false,” the couple’s rep, Sam Mast, told E! News. “They are not expecting twins.”

John Travolta and Kelly Preston have a lot to celebrate these days – literally. In addition to becoming pregnant at the age of 47, Kelly is reportedly pregnant with twins!

“They were ecstatic when they thought they were having just one baby. Now that there will be two, they can barely contain their happiness!” a source tells Star magazine. “They are so grateful to be going through the process of becoming parents again. And now they feel twice as lucky!”

Kelly and John, 56 who tragically lost their 16-year-old autistic son, Jett, to a seizure in Jan. 2009, are said to be so excited for the new babies that they have already started prepping for their arrival.

“[Kelly]’s had the rooms painted in soothing, neutral tones and is busy shopping for furniture,” the source said. “And she’s having the time of her life looking at all the cute little outfits and toys online!”

Aww — how fun for them! After what they’ve gone through, Kelly and John deserve to be happy!
