Jenny has been spotted out with a new guy TWICE since splitting with Jim Carrey in April — and he’s helping her to cut down on carbs!

Jenny McCarthy certainly hasn’t wasted any time finding a new man since splitting with BF of five years, Jim Carrey, in April. The 37-year-old activist and comedienne was spotted out on her second date this month with a new dude — who’s just as body-conscious as she is!

“It definitely wasn’t a first date, but you can tell it’s a new relationship. Jenny and her man were very affectionate with each other, and didn’t stop holding hands throughout dinner,” an eyewitness at Hollywood hotspot Katsuya tells HollywoodLife.com of the May 14 date. “They stayed for 2 ½ hours!”

Adds our snitch, “Jenny’s new boyfriend mentioned that he was on a no-carb diet and sent back the sushi for sashimi!”

As fussy as her new dude may be about food, at least he’s helping Jenny to move on since she and Jim announced their split over Twitter April 6.

But just like Jenny’s first outing with her mystery man at Las Vegas’ Playboy club May 5, she turned her date into a group outing, inviting her sister and three friends. While Jenny made merry, Jim, 48, revealed he’s still moping over the breakup — by expressing his feelings through song. According to E! Online, the comedian burst into a rendition of The Beatles’ “All You Need Is Love” during lunch at LA’s The Little Next Door restaurant May 16.
