The cast of Glee did an awesome cover of Destiny’s Child‘s ‘Bootylicious’ … but the girl group’s former member Kelly Rowland wants more!

Still obsessed with the Destiny’s Child 2000 hit ‘Say My Name?’ So is Kelly Rowland! So much so that she wants Fox’s hit show Glee to cover it.

At the Woman of the Year event for Hope’s Spirit of Live event Apr. 26 at NYC’s Waldorf=Astoria, Kelly told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY, “I just downloaded three episodes because everybody keeps telling me about Glee. I’ve heard their voices and they can kill it! It would be really cute to see them do ‘Say My Name.'”

Kelly, who was one of Destiny’s Child, along with Beyonce and Michelle Williams, has a good shot of getting her wish. After all, Glee already  covered the girl group’s 2001 hit ‘Bootylicious’ on their Nov. 25 Hairography episode.  But TV fame isn’t the only thing Kelly sees in her future. The gorgeous songstress dished that she would want “an original role,” on Broadway! “I would want my role to be a bit of a vixen a bit of a bad girl.”

Now a solo artist, Kelly is working on her second album. “It’s coming together beautifully,” she tells us. “I haven’t thought of a name for the record yet … but I’ll get one soon!”
