Can you imagine having your baby three months early and not being able to hold her in your arms?

On the Feb. 16 episode of TLC’s hit reality show 19 and Counting, Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar move their family to Little Rock, Ark. to be closer to their baby, Josie, who was born Dec. 10 three months prematurely and is still in the hospital.

“It’s very difficult to see her struggling for life like she is,” Michelle, 43, says. “I look forward to the day when I get to hold her.”

When Michelle and Jim Bob, 44, visit their infant at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, she was sucking on her fingers…something she’d never done before. “First time I’ve seen that,” Jim whispers.

Josie was born via C-section and weighed only one pound, six ounces. She’ll stay in the ICU until she puts on some weight and can eat on her own.

Can you imagine having a baby that you can’t hold yourself?
