The Kardashian sisters make losing weight look as easy as one-two-three!
Kim and Khloe Kardashian take raciness to a new extreme in their QuickTrim commercial. If those little purple pills make these sisters that hot, sign us up! However, we hate to be bearers of bad news, but like every thing that seems too good to be true, QuickTrim does have a few caveats.
Gym time is a must: Sorry ladies … no pain, no gain! Khloe, 25, dropped 27 pounds on QuickTrim but she also worked out five days a week for 45-minutes, doing intense cardio, like boxing running or circuit training. In addition to strength training, Kim, 29, also tried to run every single day for an hour. Her sweat and tears paid off—the 5’2 reality star dropped from a size six to a size two!
Calorie counting is inevitable: Here’s another painful reality. You’re gonna have to D-I-E-T. Khloe gave up her fave high cal foods (pizza!) and ate oatmeal, chicken and salads. While Kim was on the plan, she cut out junk food, but still indulged in banana and peanut butter protein smoothies.
Like Kate Moss once said, apparently “nothing is as good as skinny feels.”
