Isn’t it hard to lose (or even maintain!) your figure over the holidays? Jeff Probst thinks so, too!
For the last 10 years, we’ve watched Emmy winning host Jeff Probst tally the votes on one of the most epic reality shows of all time … Survivor. But tribal members (aka contestants) aren’t the only ones who need to stay in shape to live through the show’s extreme conditions, and Jeff explained to us exclusively how he, in particular, maintains his fit physique.
“The best tip ever given to me was from a guy who used to work with production on Survivor,” Jeff told HollywoodLife.com at The Trevor Project’s Cracked X-Mas Gala Dec. 6 in Los Angeles. “He said it’s easier to stay in shape, than to get in shape … And that is what I think of all the time.”
The 47-year-old host always looks like the perfect picture of health to us, but he said it’s not always an easy battle. “Once you lose it and you fall off the wagon, man, getting back on is rough,” Jeff complained. “So I just try to stay on.”
We feel the same way and appreciate the reminder! This holiday season try to keep moving, even a little bit, so you stay “on the wagon!”
