‘The Originals’ Recap: Celeste’s Assault Ends In Tragedy

Courtesy of The CW

The Mikaelsons may have been in Celeste’s crosshairs, but someone else paid the ultimate price.

It’s official: Klaus (Joseph Morgan) has 99 problems, and witches are all of them! Celeste and her fellow death-cheaters put the Mikaelson family through hell on the Feb. 4 episode of The Originals, eventually resulting in the death of one of their closest allies. … OK, fine, more like one of their closest frenemies. ‘The Originals’: Shannon Kane Teases Celeste’s Plans For Elijah & Hayley

Shannon says Celeste has ‘unfinished business’ in the Quarter, and it all leads back to the fan-favorite twosome.

Sabine’s true identity is about to be unleashed on The Originals — actress Shannon Kane tells HollywoodLife.com that “everyone will get that memo … pretty soon” – but that’s only the tip of the iceberg for the big bad of the Big Easy. And, FYI, Shannon says she was just as surprised as we were by Celeste’s game-changing reveal. ‘The Originals’ Recap: Klaus’ New Enemy Threatens His Power

Courtesy of The CW

A most unwelcome face from Klaus’ past returns to New Orleans to raise a little (more) hell.

Terror, thy name is Papa Tunde! The Big Easy’s new big bad reared his not-so-ugly head on the Jan. 28 episode of The Originals, and no vampire was safe from his sacrificial wrath — least of all Rebekah (Claire Holt), who temporarily had her powers sucked out by the well-dressed warlock. ‘The Originals’ Recap: Sophie’s Desperate Plan Ends In A Major Death

Courtesy of The CW

I hope you had your Kleenex handy, because this week’s ‘Originals’ was a doozy!

The Originals delivered its biggest — not to mention most devastating — episode yet Jan. 21, revealing that a “sinister” enemy is already in our midst, while claiming the life of a fan-favorite character. Honestly, this episode felt like a season finale, even more so than last week’s episode. Click here to read more

‘The Originals’ Recap: A ‘Sinister’ New Enemy Is Unearthed In New Orleans

Courtesy of The CW

‘The Originals’ finally returned Jan. 14, and just as you’d expect, it did not come quietly.

I think I speak for everyone when I say: All hail Davina (Danielle Campbell)! The most powerful — not to mention adorable — spell caster in New Orleans was public enemy No. 1 on the Jan. 14 episode of The Originals, as literally every supernatural faction fought to track her down. Unfortunately, everyone wanted her for a totally different reason, and no backs went unstabbed. Click here to read more

‘Pretty Little Liars’ Vs. ‘The Originals’: Fans Take Sides As A Feud Is Born

Courtesy of The CW, ABC Family

The CW drama is running an attack ad against the ABC Family hit — but ‘A’ isn’t going down without a fight. Which show will YOU watch live tonight?

If you’re anything like me, you’ve been dreading this day for weeks. Beginning tonight, two of my favorite shows — ABC Family’s Pretty Little Liars and The CW’s The Originals – will both be broadcast at 8 p.m. ET, a phenomenon that hasn’t occurred since PLL‘s Halloween episode aired in Oct. 2013. ‘The Originals’ Preview Clip: Rebekah Gives Marcel A Piece Of Her Mind

Courtesy of The CW (2)

Are you hoping for a Rebekah-Marcel reunion? Don’t hold your breath!

If Rebekah (Claire Holt) and Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) had a theme song, without question, it would be Taylor Swift‘s “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.” Never before has that been more evident than in this new clip from the Jan. 14 episode of The Originals, in which Bex gives Marcy the brush-off during a public spat. Of course, much like Taylor and her exes, I wouldn’t expect this couple’s sexual tension to die down — like, ever.
