‘The Voice’ Recap: Usher & Shakira Have Heated Fight Over Contestant
It was the last of the blind auditions for season four of ‘The Voice’ on Tuesday, April 9, and with each of the judges just having one seat to fill, things got heated between Usher and Shakira over one talented singer!
The Voice is done with blind auditions! Judges Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Usher and Shakira completed their teams on the April 9 show and it was a bit of a bloodbath! Shakira got sassy with Usher when he tried to poach a contestant that she wanted, and Blake nearly cried when he completed his team before one promising singer performed.

They have admitted they may be back for season five, but I hope their absence is permanent. With the additions of Usher and Shakira, the singing competition show is experiencing its best ratings yet and, frankly, it’s so much more enjoyable to watch.
