Cody Walker: Paul Walker’s Brother Filming On Set Of ‘Fast & Furious 7′

Cody Walker was seen filming on the set of ‘Fast & Furious 7′ on June 2 in LA alongside Vin Diesel and Jordana Brewster. What do you think of Cody’s resemblance to Brian O’Conner?

Paul Walker tragically passed away at just 40 years old on Nov. 30, 2013, after being involved in a fiery car crash which killed him on impact. At the time, Fast & Furious 7 had been in the middle of production, and so Universal Pictures put filming on hiatus until April 2014. On April 15, it was announced that Paul’s brothers, Caleb and Cody Walker would act as stand-ins for Paul’s character, Brian O’Conner, in order for Paul’s memory to live on. In this photo, you can see Cody in the middle of filming and the resemblance is truly striking. Cody Walker is understandably still devastated by the loss of his big brother Paul Walker. Even though it’s been five months since the Fast & Furious star passed away at the age of 40, Cody says it’s going to take years for his death to “feel real.”

After months of reports and rumors, the producers of ‘Fast & Furious 7′ confirmed what many expected — that Paul’s brothers, Caleb and Cody, would be honoring him by completing his scenes for the upcoming movie.

Fast & Furious 7 has resumed filming with some enormous news. In the wake of their star Paul Walker‘s tragic death, producers have landed on an in-house solution, so to speak. In a heartfelt note to fans on April 15, the movie’s makers confirmed that instead of hiring another actor to replace Paul, they had decided to have Paul’s brothers, Caleb and Cody, finish his scenes.

After Paul Walker’s tragic death, production halted on ‘Fast & Furious 7,’ and the team was unsure how to fill the role of Brian O’Conner. According to a new report, the studios are bringing in four body doubles!

Fast & Furious 7 is set to hit theaters in April 10, 2015, and after the sad passing of Paul Walker on November 29, the cast and crew went back and forth about how they would finish the film. With the help of CGI, and voice overs, Paul will still be a part of the set, according to a new report!

The ‘Fast & Furious 7′ family was left traumatized when Paul Walker was killed in a devastating car crash, but the race must continue. Set to hit theaters in April 2015, production for the seventh installment will kick back into gear at the end of this month, on March 31, according to new reports.
