Jena Irene: Jennifer Lopez ‘Smelled Really Good’ When She Kissed Me

It looks Jena Irene locked down the win for herself on the May 7 episode of ‘American Idol’ — her performance of ‘Can’t Help Falling In Love’ was so amazing that Jennifer Lopez just had to kiss her! After the show, Jena Irene told HollywoodLife.com that J.Lo ‘smelled really good.’

Jena Irene totally brought down the house on the May 7 episode of American Idol! In the second-to-last performance of the night, Jena sang Elvis Presley‘s “Can’t Help Falling In Love” so beautifully and emotionally that Jennifer Lopez ran onto the stage after her performance to give her a kiss on the cheek and a big hug! HollywoodLife.com caught up with Jena after the show and she answered the question before we could even ask it, telling us that yes, Jennifer “smelled really good.” Just what we expected — and hoped — to hear! J.Lo’s mouth has landed her into trouble again on ‘American Idol.’ The veteran singer was heard dropping the big f-bomb and it was all caught on tape during the May 7, American Idol show. Click to watch this hilarious mess up.

Jennifer Lopez, 44, slipped up again on American Idol and dropped the f-bomb. The slip of the tongue was caught on tape and you can see that J.Lo knew she had bitten off more than she could chew.

On the May 7 episode of ‘American Idol’, the Top 4 performed three songs each for your votes! Only two weeks until the finale, and the competition is getting fierce.

The Top 4 performed three songs each on the May 7 episode of American Idol, and with the theme being “Love: Break-Ups/Make-Ups,” there were a lot of really amazing, heartfelt performances — like Caleb Johnson singing Bon Jovi! Which is something we can all agree is what he was made for. Furthermore, JLo got so worked up over Jena Irene’s performance that she kissed her on the cheek afterward! ‘American Idol’ Contestants On Sam Woolf Elimination — ‘Dude, So Dumb’

Sam Woolf was eliminated on the May 1 episode of ‘American Idol’, but not before a bizarre twist which almost kept him on the show. HollywoodLife.com caught up with Sam after his elimination, and he told us that he has no hard feelings about his elimination — but that he didn’t like how it went down, and nor did the other ‘Idols’!

It was bound to happen eventually. Sam Woolf was eliminated on the May 1 episode of American Idol. In a strange, unnecessary twist, Ryan Seacrest gave the remaining 5 contestants ballots to vote for the option of keeping everybody on the show for one more week and eliminating two the following week, or to eliminate one that night — as has been the case each night previously. The Idol hopefuls chose to eliminate one that night, which turned out to be Sam. HollywoodLife.com spoke to Sam after the show and while Sam doesn’t have any hard feelings about his elimination, he wasn’t thrilled with how it went down — and nor were the other contestants! Jena Irene: Ariana Grande Told Me I Did A ‘Great Job’ On ‘American Idol’

Jena Irene performed amazingly well — as always — on the April 30 episode of ‘American Idol’, and we’re not the only ones who thought so! Surprise guest Ariana Grande told Jena that she did ‘such a great job,’ which must have been so thrilling to hear from one established superstar to an aspiring one. Jena Irene is a clear frontrunner for the Idol win, but America’s votes can be so unpredictable that it’s a difficult thing to guarantee. However, what’s certain is that Jena has a bright music career ahead of her — even superstar Ariana Grande seems to think so! America’s Top 5 sang two songs each on the April 30 episode of ‘American Idol’, and the songs were viewers’ choice!

Everybody thinks that they would be sooo much better at choosing songs than the Idol hopefuls are, and on the April 30 episode, viewers got their chance to decide on what the Top 5 would sing. As one might imagine, some choices were more successful than others. Alex Preston, for example, totally killed it with his heartbreaking rendition of “Say Something” by A Great Big World, but his other song chosen by America did not go over nearly as well.
