She’s baaaaack! Carrie Underwood returned to the ‘American Idol’ stage one last time for the show’s series finale and reminded us all (as if we forgot!) why she was named winner of the show in 2005. Her performance of ‘Something In THe Water’ was EVERYTHING, and of course, she looked incredible, too!

What a special night for all American Idol contestants, past and present. The final episode of the show aired on April 7, and along with dozens of other Idol alums, Carrie Underwood returned to the stage that made her famous for one last performance. She completely owned the show by singing her No. 1 hit “Something In The Water,” and we totally loved it!

‘American Idol’ voters sure do love white guys with guitars! Several of the show’s winners have fit this stereotype, and a group of them got together at the series finale on April 7 for an epic performance, paying tribute to the late, great David Bowie. What an incredible moment!

Six of the last NINE American Idol winners have been white guys with guitars — can you believe that?! Their styles and looks are all fairly similar, but each of these dudes is a star in his own right, and with them all together on one stage, there’s no stopping them!
