Alicia Keys & Mario Lopez Spotted At The Nintendo Lounge During Sundance

Where do all the celebs go when you are at the Sundance Film Festival? The answer is easy, anywhere Mario is hanging out! The Nintendo Lounge was the place to be this weekend during the Sundance Film Festival.

Grammy winner Alicia Keys looked flawless as she ended her long day of press during the Sundance Film Festival at the Nintendo Lounge. She took time out of her busy schedule to check out the new Wii U before wrapping up her day. On her way out, Alicia mentioned she was eager to get home to her son, Egypt, who had been out on the slopes all day for his first ski lesson. Check out what else happened during the fun event!

Newlyweds, Mario Lopez and Courtney Mazza-Lopez also popped by the Nintendo Lounge to play – what else – New Super Mario Bros. U! Mario clearly had fun controlling the game through the GamePad and they even enjoyed some light-hearted competition.

Adrian Grenier stopped by the Nintendo Lounge with a tall leggy blonde and posse in tow. Adrian decided to test his skills on Wii Fit U and show off his strength during the rowing challenge in front of his mystery blonde friend. Right before Adrian arrived, Lil Jon and his bodyguards came by our lounge for the third year in a row to check out Wii U. The noticeably calmer rapper made mention of a lifestyle change and passed on having any drinks at the lounge. And yes, that includes shots.

Nintendo Teams Up with Disney Stars for “How You Will Play Next” Wii U Showdown

The Radio Disney AM 1110 Road Crew introduces Debby Ryan, star of Disney Channel’s hit series “Jessie” to kick off the Wii U Showdown at Westfield Century City Mall in Los Angeles on December 9, 2012.

Nintendo hosted the Disney “How You Will Play Next” Wii U Showdown at Westfield Culver City Mall in Los Angeles. There were two separate groups of talent that participated and we kicked off each group with a few rounds of gameplay! Check out what happened!

The first group consisted of talent from the hit Disney Channel shows, Kickin It and Jessie – Debby Ryan, Leo Howard, Skai Jackson and Mateo Arias and the second group consisted of Peyton List, Olivia Holt, Cameron Boyce and Karan Brar.

The crowds went wild for both groups and all of the talent were excited to meet with their fans and have some fun challenging each other on the new Wii U. Following the gameplay, all the celebs sat down and did an autograph signing and posed for photos with fans.

Garrett Hedlund Enjoys The Wii U At The Variety Studio: Awards Edition

Garrett Hedlund and a handful of celebs got an exclusive look at the new Wii U console during The Variety Studio: Awards Edition on November 28, 2012 in Los Angeles, CA! They all had an amazing time! Isn’t it awesome to be a celebrity sometimes HollywoodLifers!

The Variety Studio: Awards Edition brought together top actors and actresses of television and film, as well as top film directors and producers to discuss their buzzed-about projects. Awards season is in full swing and today’s attendees are campaigning in both Film and Television’s Comedy and Drama categories!

Variety, in partnership with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and Nintendo, presented The Variety Studio: Awards Edition, the second Los Angeles installment of Variety.com’s annual video series from the Sundance, Cannes and Toronto Film Festivals. This exclusive interview hub for awards-contending actors, actresses, directors and producers complimented Variety’s unmatched coverage of the Awards Contender in both print and online.

The Studio is at the Rolls-Royce Villa in Beverly Hills, where Variety Studio’s VIP guests had the opportunity to experience the new Phantom Series II and Ghost models, and view the latest Phantom Coupé Aviator Collection Car. Guests also got a look at Nintendo’s newly released Wii U console, the first new home video game system released from Nintendo in six years.

Celebs Come Out in Droves For Nintendo Wii U Preview

Rumer Willis and Jayson Blair among many many more attended the Nintendo Wii U Experience in Los Angeles on September 20, 2012. Everyone loved it and so will you when the Wii U is made available beginning November 18!

Nintendo hosted a preview of its newest gaming console, Wii U. Celebrities and Los Angeles influencers and tastemakers enjoyed cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres while experiencing the new Wii U GamePad controller, and software titles such as Just Dance 4, Wii Fit U, Nintendo Land, New Super Mario Bros. U, and more. The Wii U launches nationwide on November 18.

The wide array of celebs that got their hands on the new Wii U were Chord Overstreet, Rumer Willis, Ariel Winter, Nick Carter and so much more and one thing is for sure, everyone couldn’t stop playing and loved the new system.

HollywoodLife.com also took part playing the Wii U and we can say we are amazingly delighted with what we saw, and this holiday season everyone of our BFFs will be getting one. Its just another accomplishment from our friends at Nintendo.
