Jamie King almost always looks fantastic on the red carpet, and the CW, CBS and Showtime 2012 Summer TCA fête in Beverly Hills was no exception. However, while she looked appropriate and chic in the Stella McCartney fall 2012 dress it certainly wasn’t the first time we spotted the style!

Chloe Moretz opted for the black-and-blue jacquard dress first, on the red carpet in LA on May 9 for the premiere of Dark Shadows. Jimmy Choo pumps completed the ensemble, although it definitely wasn’t my favorite.

I like the way Jamie changed it up, opting for a high-collar and a shorter hemline — it’s flirty and chic without being too over the top! Jason Wu sandals, a Kate Spade clutch and a vibrant red lip completed the ensemble.

Who wore Opening Ceremony better?

When The Real Housewives of New York star and social fixture Kelly Bensimon stepped out at the Bravo Upfront Presentation on Mar. 30 in NYC, we were immediately obsessed with her effortlessly stylish high-necked white dress from downtown fave Opening Ceremony. Sticking to the classic style, she paired the frock with a basic pair of sandals — but that wasn’t the last time we saw this stellar look on the red carpet!

Just a few days later, at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards in LA on Apr. 2, Paris Hilton opted for the same exact dress. She paired it with ivory satin Christian Louboutin pumps and a beige clutch.

While both ladies looked lovely in white, I must say that I preferred Paris’ take on the dress! It’s nice to see her in something a little more conservative than usual, and the ensemble was perfect for a warm LA day. What did you guys think? Who looked better in Opening Ceremony?

Hollywood it-girl Emma Stone was spotted Sept. 11 wearing the asymmetrical Stella McCartney Resort 2011 dress. She was there promoting her own movie, Easy A, during it’s premiere at the 2010 Toronto Film Festival. I love her choice of navy heels and, as usual, her hair and makeup are stunning.

Gorgeous model Karlie Kloss wore the frilly get-up to the 2010 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards last month, Nov. 15, sporting funky shades and nude heels. While I love both the shades and shoes, I don’t think they complete the look very well.

Emma wins in my opinion — but no one can compete with the combination of light blue and (formerly) dark red hair! Decide what you think and VOTE!

Who was more major in Marc Jacobs?

The conservative look is really popular this season, and I have to say I’m thrilled! While there’s nothing wrong with rocking a fierce mini and a pair of pumps, sometimes the classic, elegant approach to dressing goes a long way — that being said, I was so excited to see not one, but two stars working this feminine Marc Jacobs dress!

The always stylish Carey Mulligan was the first to wear the silk Marc Jacobs dress to a press conference at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills for her new film, Never Let Me Go. She looked adorable and age appropriate, with her cropped ‘do and suede pumps.

Actress Amanda Peet hit up the after party for the opening night of The Break of Noon in NYC last week in the exact same dress! She opted for a pair of silver ankle strap heels, and while I usually love Amanda’s style, I wasn’t a fan of her footwear. The combination of the heels and the dress make her look short, and the frock appears somewhat loose, giving the outfit a frumpy feel.

Carey Mulligan’s look totally won me over. I have always been a fan of her fashion choices, (even the controversial Prada number she donned for the Academy Awards), and this was no exception. While Amanda Peet looked like Sarah, Plain and Short, Carey looked fabulous!

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz was the first to be spotted sporting ombré hair Sept. 10, while sitting front row at the BCBG runway. The long, chocolate locks look healthy and natural. We love her as a brunette! Later that same day, Rachel Bilson was seen between shows at Lincoln Center sporting her cute and curly version of the hairstyle. She chose a bright pink lip color for an overall flirty look.

Kristen Cavallari will never completely abandon her signature Cali-girl blonde, but she couldn’t resist getting in on the two-tone trend at Lincoln Center on Sep. 13. Her new style is way hotter and more mature than her monotone ‘do from The Hills.

Hilary Swank stepped out at the Pamella Roland show Sept. 14 radiating confidence. Hilary always looks red carpet-ready without trying too hard. So glamorous!

Who wore McQueen Best? Vote!

Penelope Cruz chose this form-fitting Alexander McQueen houndstooth checkered pencil dress ($1,845) for the Broken Embraces press conference in NYC on October 12th while Dita Von Teese signed copies of her book, Striptease, in London on November 27 in the same exact dress! Aside from Dita’s brooch and Christian Louboutin t-strap pumps, the looks are identical. Was Dita inspired by Penelope’s checkered look or is this merely a fashionable coincidence? They say imitation is the finest form of flattery!
