Willow and Nicki both push the envelope– which one is wackiest?

These two singers worked together on a remix of “Whip My Hair,” and now they’re in a hair battle!

Nicki Minaj, 26, sported some truly crazy hair at Mar. 29′s Green Auction: A Bid To Save The Earth at Christie’s in NYC! She was performing at the event, and Nicki, no stranger to crazy hair, topped her green-and-white hair with a matching beehive wig!

Willow Smith, 10, may be less than half Nicki’s age, but she’s definitely following in her footsteps in terms of her beauty look! Willow is totally unafraid to try something new, and has lately been sporting an orange-and-pink section of hair that’s a total attention-grabber!

Willow Smith, 10, is showing off some pretty cool style! The Whip My Hair singer is opening for Justin Bieber on his European tour. She’s been tweeting about the shows, calling Justin her brother and sounding like she’s having an amazing time!

Willow is already a style icon at her very young age because she takes risks with her fashion and beauty choices. This look is a perfect example: Her neon braids match her neon eye shadow, and the total look is so cool!

Willow pulls a city out of sand, runs around with some wolves and chills in the desert in her new music video. So, do you love it or loathe it? VOTE!

10-year-old Willow Smith has taken over the world, and now she’s creating one of her own! The petite superstar just released her new music video for “21st Century Girl” and we must say, it’s pretty cool. The only thing missing is some hair whipping!

The video starts off with an old woman in the middle of the desert, who conjures Willow up from the sand. And that’s when the fun begins. Willow makes a fashion statement in a bright yellow jacket and red skirt, runs around with wolves and dances with other 21st Century Girls, who pull sneakers, bike, cars and skyscrapers from the desert floor.

Will Smith‘s daughter creates her own civilization — it was very I Am Legend-esque.

And not only is the video entertaining, but so is the song! Willow, who “likes to rock the beat,” sounds like a mini Rihanna with a touch of Ke$ha. And she’s got the moves to boot.

Everyone is going ga-ga for 10-year-old Willow Smith‘s smash song “Whip My Hair” — even Lady Gaga! The superstar says Willow’s hair whipping inspired her to do the same on stage for her Grammy performance of “Born This Way.” “I know Will [Smith], and I love Willow,” Gaga tells Jay Leno. “I told her she inspires me to whip my hair back and forth on stage.” And she’s got some other stars going too, ehem, Justin Bieber!

Bieber, 16, who Willow says “is like my big brother,” performed her song on tour with her — and he sure knows how to flip his hair. (Although we knew this already).  Someone who doesn’t have the mane of Biebs, but whips it good is Jake Gyllenhaal, who along with co-star Anne Hathaway, did a little song and dance to Willow’s tune, which he says is his favorite love song. Interesting.

Other stars, like late night show host Jimmy Fallon, may not have whipped his hair, but he did cover the song dressed as the infamous Neil Young and accompanied by Bruce Springsteen.

Terry wants Jaden and Willow to know that she’s sorry for calling them ‘pimped & exploited.’ But does Terry have a point when she says these kids are too young for careers in Hollywood?

Best-selling author Terry McMillan apologizes for bashing Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith‘s kids—son Jaden, 12, and daughter Willow, 10. “I apologize for using the word pimp and exploit in referring to the Smith children,” Terry tweeted on Jan. 27. “It was insensitive of me and wrong.”

Just the day before, on Jan. 26, Terry called the kids out for basically being childhood fame-chasers. “The Smith children already act like child stars,” she said. “There’s an arrogance in their demeanor and behavior. I find it incredibly sad. It feels like the Smith children are being pimped and exploited. Or, they’re already hungry for fame. What about 4th grade?”

Terry even compared the kids to Lindsay Lohan! “A lot of A-list movie stars shielded their children from the Hollywood-world until they were old enough to decide. Look at those who didn’t,” Terry said. “Look at Lindsay. Phoenix. To name but a few. They miss out on childhood. It’s more important than fame.”

But after receiving such negative feedback with regards to her harsh comments, Terry decided to retract her statements. The comments about the Smith children have even been removed from her Twitter page as of Jan. 28.

But HollyMoms, did Terry have a point when she called-out Will and Jada for allowing their young children to pursue fame-driven careers at such early ages? Jaden has starred in the big-screen flick, The Karate Kid alongside Jackie Chan, while his sister Willow has already had a hit single, “Whip My Hair,” and has even signed a record deal with Jay-Z!

Willow Smith is back! The 10-year-old popstar and daughter of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith is turning into a mini hit maker and her new single “21st Century Girl” is HollyBaby.com‘s new obsession! Willow released a 10 second clip of her second single on her Facebook page yesterday (Jan. 24), and it has the upbeat feel of her first hit. This one is bound to follow in it’s footsteps as a chart topper!

The hook goes: “21st century girl/I do what I like/I’m takin’ you for a ride/Yeah I’m gonna live it up, just live it up!”

Willow Smith is not shy about saying what an influence her parents, Will Smith 42, and Jada Pinkett Smith, 39, have been on her, and now the tween star is thinking of doing her own version of one of her dad’s first hits, the 1988 pop anthem, “Parents Just Dont Understand,” which he recorded back when he was known as The Fresh Prince.

“There’s a possibility that I will,” the 10-year-old singer, whose first hit “Whip My Hair” is still an internet sensation, said in an interview with Yahoo! Music. “It’s a really great song.”

The ironic choice of that particular song, of course, is that, in Willow’s case, her parents really do understand, since they’re both in show business and have been guiding her career. In fact, Willow says in the interview that one of the best pieces of advice she got from her folks was, “Have fun, because if you’re not having fun, there’s really no point. Though sometimes it really is work.”
