Rihanna isn’t the only one who adores Chris Brown. Her family does, too! Could a wedding be the next step for this on-again, off-again couple?

The Diamonds singer was seen in good spirits at Santa Monica restaurant Giorgio Baldi with some of her close friends on Oct. 11. Life & Style is reporting that Rihanna’s close friends think her smile and good mood are due to the fact that she and Chris are ready to walk down the aisle!

Although Chris and Rihanna have had a dark past, her father, Ronald Fenty, told the magazine that he’s supportive of their relationship.

“Whatever makes her happy,” he says. “I hope one day she will get married. Everyone adores Chris; he’s a super guy.”

Unfortunately, not everyone is as thrilled with Chris as Rihanna’s father. Rihanna’s friends are worried that Chris will become violent again. But her friends aren’t surprised that she is thinking of marrying Chris.

“I wouldn’t be surprised if she married him,” says a friend, “just to show that she and Chris don’t care about anyone and can do whatever they want.”

Relationship expert Jeff McNairy reveals to Life & Style that the two are an “explosive combination” and may be doomed.

The late Elizabeth Edwards’ parents are fuming and will do anything to make sure her daughter Cate DOES NOT invite John’s mistress Rielle Hunter or his daughter Francis Quinn to the wedding.

A battle is brewing! John Edwards daughter with his late wife Elizabeth, who passed away of cancer in December at 61, is getting married, but it’s anything but a happy occasion. John’s mistress Rielle Hunter is demanding that Frances Quinn, the child she had with John in 2008, be included in the nuptials. And she doesn’t just mean an invite — Rielle wants Quinn to be the flower girl!

According to the National Enquirer, the bride Cate, 29, was open to the idea of letting her 3½-year-old half sister be a part of the wedding, but Elizabeth’s parents are “dead-set” against it.

A source says that “Elizabeth’s family is furious at the mere suggestion of it,” and that they feel the gesture would be a “huge slap in the face” to their late daughter.

And Cate‘s wedding date is fast approaching — she’s set to marry medical resident Trevor Upham on October 22 in North Carolina!

“Elizabeth’s family will never forget how she died brokenhearted because of his [John's] selfish behavior,” the source adds. “They refuse to let John’s actions tarnish Cate’s big day.”

But on the other hand, Cate is trying to follow her mother’s wishes, which were to keep the family together and look after her younger siblings, Emma, 13, and Jack, 11, if anything were to happen. And lets face it, in reality, Quinn IS one of those siblings.

When it comes to love, Kim Kardashian moves fast. She was engaged to now-husband Kris Humphries within six months of meeting and married within eight months. Is it any wonder that her honeymoon was a mere three days long? She had good reason for her whirlwind romance: she simply couldn’t wait to legally be without her man any longer. However, her honeymoon lasted a mere three days because she had to get back to work on her reality show. Is this a solid reason to cut one of the most special times of her married life short?

After tying the knot in a lavish, $10 million ceremony on Aug. 20, Kim, 30, and Kris, 26, waited three days before jetting off on an Italian honeymoon. Although most couples take at least a week — if not two — to enjoy their newly married life, the reality couple had commitments back at home.

Said commitments: Kim needed to keep her profile public by presenting at the VMAs Aug. 28 and began filming her E! show, Kourtney and Kim Take New York, Aug 31.

Commitments are commitments, but producers couldn’t give her more than a lousy three days to enjoy being married? What a sham! She’s already earning her network a ton of money: her two-part wedding special, set to air in October, is surely going to rake in big ratings for E!

Personally, I think Kim and Kris deserved — and needed — more than three days of alone time (re: without cameras trailing them), and its considered the norm to take at least a week to yourself after the craziness of a big wedding. The two barely had time to enjoy themselves in Capri and Naples, which, in my book, is a crime; the Italian locales are that romantic.

For Kim Kardashian, who has just earned $18 million from her wedding, perhaps going back to work is a necessity (despite the fact that she was clearly working on her honeymoon as well, as she sold the pics and her story to Us Weekly). But for the rest of you, enjoy your time alone with your new husband before everyday life gets in the way. You deserve it.

Kristin Cavallari has been one of the most vocal and ecstatic brides-to-be over the past few months, repeatedly discussing her upcoming nuptials and doing photo shoots with various magazines, but her latest ended in tragedy. Kim Kardashian wants the perfect wedding so much so that she doesn’t care how much it costs, however her business-smart mother Kris Jenner isn’t going to let her daughter break the piggy bank. According to Gatecrasher, the two have been butting heads over how much money will be spent on the lavish wedding. While, Kim has been focusing on how extravagant her ‘American Royal Wedding’ can be, Kris “is focusing on how the family can monetize the milestone”.

“Kris is worried that all the money that’s going to be made from the wedding [via the sale of photo rights, ad sales and sponsorships] will have to go right back into it,” a source tells the Daily News column. Kim stands to make millions from a public, televised wedding, but if she spends millions then she’ll just break even, or worse she could even lose money! Although we bet if Mama Kris has any say in it, that won’t happen.

Kim’s sister Khloe says mom will win the feud! Kris planned her televised 2009 wedding to Lamar Odom in just nine days. “My mom loves being involved, but Kim needs it…I’ve seen how much my mom has been doing. Kim should be kissing the ground [Kris] walks on.”

Wedding planning can be such a stressful time for a bride, and for a bride’s mother, especially one as super-involved as Kris Jenner. Do you think Kim is being a bridezilla?
