Glee will bring season four to a close on May 9, and with it we’ll get a surprise proposal, major cliffhangers and the return of a beloved guest star!

‘Glee’ Season Finale: ‘All Or Nothing’

FOX describes the season finale:

“It’s finally time for Regionals, and the glee club is more determined than ever to advance to Nationals. Brittany returns from her MIT trip with a new attitude and Ryder finally has a lead on who is ‘catfishing’ him in the all-new ‘All Or Nothing’ season finale episode of GLEE airing on Thursday, May 9 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (GLEE-422) (TV-14 D, L).”

Vanessa Lengies, better known as Sugar, will make her return to the series in the season finale, as evidenced by a recent Twitter photo.

Also, Jessica Sanchez will play Frida Romero, the head member of her glee club the Hoosierdaddies. She’ll sing “Clarity” by DJ Zedd featuring Foxes as well as a song by a recent winner of The X Factor.

‘Glee’s’ Finale: What We Know

Blaine (Darren Criss) will propose to on-again off-again boyfriend Kurt (Chris Colfer), according to E!Online. And according to Lea Michele, there will be major cliffhangers. Do you think we’ll have to wait until September to find out if Kurt says yes?

And Finn (Cory Monteith) will be absent from the season-ending episode due to Cory’s stint in rehab.

Vanessa Lengies received the role of a lifetime when she was cast on Glee, and HollywoodLife.com had a chance to talk with her EXCLUSIVELY about what drama she will stir up on the show!

We caught up with Vanessa, 26, at the Sept. 16 Entertainment Weekly and Women In Film Pre-Emmy Party at BOA Steakhouse in Hollywood, and she was thrilled to talk about her new role. Although she’s been kept in the dark about many of the details of her character, she did say superfans have given her some stern warnings on Twitter!

“The Gleeks have warned me not to mess with Finchel and Brittana,” she said. “I will try to keep that in mind!”

Glee‘s new season starts Sept. 20 at 8 p.m. on Fox.
