We’ve been waiting patiently for news on whether Robert Pattinson‘s new film Unbound Captives will start filming soon, and whether or not he was still going to do the film with Revenge‘s Madeleine Stowe. HollywoodLife.com spoke to one of the film’s producers to get the scoop!

“Nothing has changed” on the start date of the film, our insider tells us. It seems like the movie is still delayed in starting production. But what about Rob? “He is still attached,” the source reveals.

The film has been described by Madeleine as “a large romantic Western”. She has confessed in the past that she thought of the idea, and plans on directing the movie. “I heard about children who were abducted by Comanche Indians [in the 1800s] and became so acculturated that they had a hard time returning. Our ranch had a real history. When I lived there, I felt a certain way about Texas that I hadn’t seen filmed yet.”

Are you glad Rob is still attached? Madeleine has also revealed they may adapt his character’s age so that he can still do the movie. Is this a project you want to see him in?

Wow! Robert has won the heart of another beautiful woman and this one wants to cast him in her new Western drama — ‘Unbound Captives!’

Robert Pattinson recently admitted he thought he might be too old to star in Madeleine Stowe‘s film, Unbound Captives. However, Madeleine set the record straight last night at the Golden Globes in Beverly Hills.

“I actually met Robert before Twilight came out and fell deeply in love with him,” the 53-year-old writer/director/actress told MTV Jan. 15.

As for the 25-year-old actor being too old for the project, Madeleine said she “might” be willing to change the character’s age.

“It’s going to be sort of up to Robert,” she said, smiling. “We’re looking at 2013 right now and the character was conceptualized as an 18 year old.”

Currently, Hugh Jackman and Rachel Weisz are attached to the film, which is already getting a lot of positive buzz.

The handsome pair throws on some stylish period duds to film a scene for their new film!

Reese Witherspoon and Robert Pattinson were back on the set of Water for Elephants Friday, which at this point seems to have been filming for years. The attractive onscreen couple were dressed to the nines, Rob in a tuxedo and Reese in a silk halter, to film in the sweltering LA heat!

Reese cooled down over the weekend by heading out with new boyfriend Jim Toth while Rob was, as usual, under the radar and not spotted anywhere. Rob will head off to film Unbound Captives in New Mexico once Water wraps while Reese’s next film will be This Means War alongside Sam Worthington and Chris Pine.

We hope new boyfriend Jim won’t have a problem with Reese filming with even more gorgeous men!
