Catelynn Lowell, 20, has been with her fiancé Tyler Baltierra for seven years and the couple planned to marry on July 15, 2013, but there seems to have been a wrong turn in their relationship! The dynamic duo will reportedly star in the next season of Couple’s Therapy.

The couple is best known for putting their daughter Carly up for adoption on 16 & Pregnant back in 2008, before starring on Teen Mom for four seasons. Now, the couple from Michigan reportedly turned to the VH1 show to settle their differences.

Catelynn Lowell & Tyler Baltierra Tweet About LA

Both Catelynn and fiancé Tyler have tweeted about moving to LA!

“Sooooo pumped to go to LA tomorrow!! Fans ur gonna freak when u see what we r doing!!! #ahhhh,” the Teen Mom star tweeted March 21.

Catelynn also tweeted her view from her LA home for the month — now we know why they’re be staying there!

Tyler added to the suspicion on March 19 when he tweeted, “Moving to LA for a month! It’s gonna be interesting to see this pan out! @CatelynnLowell our fans are gonna freak #Workhardplayhard.”

Other stars that have joined the cast of the upcoming season of Couple’s Therapy are Chingy, Flavor Flav and Joe Francis! Sounds like a very compelling reality TV cast!

Teen Mom stars Catelynn Lowell and her fiancé Tyler Baltierra shocked fans everywhere in October when they announced that they were living apart – and Tyler would be hundreds of miles away for at least a month.

Tyler was staying in New Orleans to pursue a career in acting – he said the city had a budding film scene, and he was auditioning for parts in commercials – while Catelynn was at home in Michigan at their newly-purchased house, going to Baker College and taking care of the couple’s two dogs.

The couple, who has been together for seven years and made it through the toughest of times, including placing daughter Carly up for adoption in 2008, insisted their time apart wouldn’t much impact their relationship. But they were wrong – and almost called it quits.

Behind Their Social Media Blowout

“Tyler wanted to stay in New Orleans longer because he had some job possibilities lined up, but I was pushing him to come home for Thanksgiving,” Catelynn told InTouch magazine. “I guess I pushed him a little too hard,” she added.

Their argument resulted in a heated Twitter exchange, during in which each person sent cryptic tweets to the other.

“Your heart lies to you, tells you what you want to hear… it’s your guy that never lies,” Tyler wrote on Nov. 18. “Sometimes I feel like I’m totally f—ed up,” Catelynn responded.

Tyler hit back with “What is right for me? What do I deserve? Am I too forgiving at times?”

 Calm After The Storm

But Tyler immediately regretted his harsh words. “I thought I blew it out of proportion way too fast,” he confessed to the magazine.

“We’re just a normal couple. We’re not the perfect princess story; we get in arguemts and we say things that we regret. We apologize and move on,” he said.

Tyler ended up coming home to his fiancé for Thanksgiving, and the two have been together for the holidays at their house ever since. Tyler plans to work from their Michigan home and fly to New Orleans for big meetings if he has to.

“Every Christmas we’ve had, it has been at our house,” Catelynn said. “It’s always a fun time. Christmas is huge here. We go crazy,” Tyler added.

Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baliterra captured viewers’ hearts as the so-in-love couple on 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom – and made their love official with an engagement in 2010. But now, Tyler has decided to move thousands of miles away to New Orleans, leaving Catelynn alone in Michigan.

Catelynn is currently enrolled in Baker College in Michigan, pursuing a degree in social work, but Tyler has dreams of his own.

On Oct. 22, Tyler took off on a plane to New Orleans, which he said has a “thriving film scene” — he wants to be an actor. ”It’s time to focus on my dreams,” he told  InTouch magazine.

Although Catelynn was sad to see her fiance go, she is more than willing to support him in his journey.

“I love him, and I need to stand by him.” she told the magazine.

They’re now living far apart, but the couple insists they’re stronger than ever.

“It’s not like we’re going to go out and cheat on each other. We’re not like that,” Catelynn said. And Tyler agrees. “[Leaving] was emotional. We’re two peas in a pod,” he added.

With a love as strong as these two, we’re sure they’ll make it through stronger than ever!

Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra‘s emotional and selfless decision in 2009 to place their daughter Carly up for adoption to new parents Brandon and Teresa Davis was documented on MTV’s 16 & Pregnant, and their journey as birthparents in an open adoption continued through all four seasons of Teen Mom. 

Before Catelynn and Tyler were even selected to be on MTV documentary series, they had already chosen Brandon and Teresa to be their baby’s adoptive parents.

So when Teen Mom became a huge success, Brandon and Theresa — and Carly’s open adoption — were thrown into the spotlight.

“In retrospect, we are glad that they were part of the show,” Brandon told LifeLines magazine, which is created by Bethany Christian Services, a non-profit adoption agency.

He and wife Teresa, along with Carly and baby boy Graham, whom they adopted in May, were featured on the magazine’s fall 2012 cover.

“Catelynn and Tyler have told their story, and it has changed lives,” he said. “We hope and pray that it has saved lives too. We are thankful that Catelynn and Tyler were a part of the show and that we are a small part, even if it saves one life.”

“It has been very hard that our adoption has been very public,” Teresa added. “We watch what our birthparents are going through on TV. It’s something I would expect birthparents to go through while dealing with their grief and loss, but it’s still hard to see and process it.”

That’s so sweet of them to say! And we agree — Catelynn and Tyler’s story is important, and we’re glad they have been able to share it with millions of viewers!

After the series finale of Teen Mom, fan favorites Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra are moving on from reality TV to happily ever after. The couple officially set the date for their wedding — July 13, 2013 — and during the Teen Mom Farewell Special on Oct. 2, they wrestled with the difficult decision to invite their daughter Carly, whom they placed up for adoption.

Although Catelynn and Tyler have an open adoption with Carly, they have been struggling over the past three years to earn the trust of her adoptive parents Brandon and Teresa.

Tyler desperately wants Carly at their wedding, if only for the vow ceremony. But with visitation between Carly and her birth parents already extremely limited, Catelynn does not think that’s a possibility.

“They’re not going to, they didn’t even go to our graduation because our whole family was there, there’s not way they’d come to our wedding,” she snapped.

“Yeah but, I mean it’d be important and how nice would it be to get married and see her there,” Tyler answered.

They met with their adoption counselor Dawn a few days later, who suggested that since they’ve earned the trust of Carly’s parents, they should reach out to Brandon and Teresa and give them a few weeks to think about coming to the wedding.

“That’s what adults do,” Dawn said. “You put it out there, and you’re going to respect each other, but you guys honestly have to be prepared for whatever answer they give.”

“It’s their decision,” she continued. “You need to start [asking their permission] now, and you need to start easing into that conversation, and giving them some time to process that.”

Although Brandon and Teresa still haven’t made their final decision, hopefully they and Carly can make it to the wedding to support Catelynn and Tyler.

Teen Mom Catelynn Lowell is allegedly filming her very own spin-off, according to her dad David Lowell’s recent reveal to Celebuzz.

Catelynn and fiance, Tyler Baltierra, were ”filming last weekend” for a show that will show ”all of their wedding planning leading up to the big day,” David says.

David says that Catelynn and Tyler have been filming nonstop for the past month. Of his part in the wedding he says, “We’ll share the all-important father-daughter dance and I’ll have the honor of walking her down the aisle.”

MTV released a statement to Celebuzz saying, ”We haven’t greenlit any spin-offs with the original Teen Mom cast.”

For now, fans can watch Catelynn and Tyler in the upcoming Teen Mom Farewell Special which is set to air on October 2.

After rumors of another pregnancy were reported by InTouch last week, Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra of Teen Mom fame have been surrounded by media coverage. But all they want to do is get married — before starting a family!

Catelynn and Tyler are beyond excited to get married next year. The happy couple recently revealed their wedding plans to Us Weekly! We’re dying to share the juicy details with you!

When is the wedding?

- The nuptials are planned for July 13th, 2013 — the closest anniversary of Tyler and Catelynn’s first date!
What’s the scoop on Catelynn’s dress?
- Catelynn has been shedding weight in a hurry to try and reach her target weight of 120 lbs! She’s halfway to her goal, and she’s loving the results!
- “I don’t want to be big and huge in my wedding dress,” says Catelynn. “I want to look good on that day!” With the progress she’s making, we’re sure the teen mom will look gorgeous!
Where are they getting hitched?
- “I want to get married in a castle,” Tyler told Us Weekly. “It’s different and unique. But Catelynn wanted a traditional church thing.”
- The couple has compromised, and are set to be married in Olde World Canterbury Village. This landmark in Lake Orion, Michigan will please both Tyler and Catelynn!
- “There’s a castle, but also an old barn that they turned into a chapel. It’s a really majestic place,” Tyler explained.

Will all of Catelynn’s fans be able to see her get married?

- “I don’t know if MTV is going to film it or not but I really, really want my fans to watch me and Tyler say our vows,” Catelynn says. “I’m going to get somebody to film it because all of my fans are like “We want to see this! We want to see you guys get married!” I’m like ‘You will, I promise!’ Some way or another, we’re going to make it happen.”

Who’s on the guest-list?

- Catelynn says she’s invited Maci Bookout, Farrah Abraham, and she’s “hoping Amber [Portwood] can make it too!” According to Catelynn, they’re all best friends. How cute!

But what about the guest of honor?
- “We really want [Carly] to be there when we say our vows,” Catelynn said. “We have to bring up the question to Brandon and Teresa soon so they have a year to process their thoughts. We’re just going to have to wait and see.”
- Tyler added, “It would mean the world to me if she was at our wedding because if it wasn’t for Carly, we probably wouldn’t be getting married. The choice that we made to place her for adoption totally solidified our whole relationship. So I think it’s really important for her to be there.”
