The Tribeca Film Festival has Bieber fever just like the rest of us! Every year the Tribeca Film Festival recognizes individuals across various fields for their innovative ways of looking at — and often dramatically changing — the world we live in. And this year, they’ve set their sights on Justin Bieber!

“Pop superstar Justin Bieber and manager Scooter Braun will be honored for the historic discovery of Bieber on YouTube and his subsequent social media rise,” reports the festival’s website.

The film festival runs April 18-29 in lower Manhattan.

Abigail is not a little girl anymore! At the premiere for her new movie Janie Jones, she told HollywoodLife.com exclusively that she’s got Bieber Fever!

Abigail Breslin gushed over her crush Justin Bieber, 17, on the red carpet at the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of Janie Jones on April 29. She spilled to us about her run-in with the teen idol!

“He was very nice. It was very brief. He was like ‘Hi nice to meet you I’m Justin’” she says with a laugh. “Like he needs an introduction–really?”

Looks like Selena Gomez, 18, has some fierce competition. Not only is Abigail, 15, growing up to be beautiful and well mannered but have you seen her movie credits? Abigail has garnered quite an impressive list of co-stars from Sarah Jessica Parker in the upcoming New Years Eve, to Cameron Diaz in the 2009 hit My Sister’s Keeper!

Abigail and Anna ruled the carpet at the Tribeca Film Festival for the ‘Vanity Fair’ after-party with natural makeup — and super-strong eyeliner!

Abigail Breslin and Anna Kendrick came out on top at a big Tribeca Film Festival event that brings out stars from all over. Keep reading to find out how to get their red-carpet looks!

The two young starlets kept their faces clean with just a hint of rosy pink blush and lipgloss, but their eyeliner stole the show at the Vanity Fair after-party.

Abigail decided to go dark with a deep black eyeliner rimmed all the way around her inner lids. This Little Miss Sunshine child star is clearly showing the world that she’s really growing into her own! Anna also lined her inner lines with black, but for an extra kick of color she added a shimmering brown liner just below her lower lid.

By keeping the rest of their makeup super simple, these ladies brought attention to their beautiful baby blues!  Do you like their strong eyeliner against the canvas of natural faces?

Sean partied the night away after his new flick debuted at the Tribeca Film Festival — but where was Scarlett?

Sean Penn is flying solo! The 50-year-old actor attended the premiere of Love Hate Love, a film he produced, on April 26 and then hit NYC club Tenjune. Sean partied with the club’s owners Eugene Remm and Mark Birnbaum, but Sean didn’t have his gorgeous new girlfriend Scarlett Johansson on his arm!

Sean and Scarlett, 26, have been dating for a few months now. They’ve been to Mexico, she’s been spotted on his lap and new reports say that she has “essentially moved in” with Sean! But even though Sean was dateless in NYC, he looked to be having fun as he mingled with the cast as they enjoyed Stolichnaya cocktails.

But could the fact that Sean reportedly has confronted Scarlett about her lifestyle and all their recent fighting be taking its toll on the new couple?
