<p><a href="http://hollywoodlife.com/celeb/gwyneth-paltrow/" target="_blank"><strong>Gwyneth Paltrow</strong></a> believes that women need to stick together, and she shared her thoughts on <a href="http://hollywoodlife.com/celeb/kim-kardashian/" target="_blank"><strong>Kim Kardashian&#8217;s</strong></a> <a href="http://hollywoodlife.com/2013/03/29/kim-kardashian-bullied-fat-jay-leno-interview/" target="_blank">pregnancy pounds</a> at the opening event of her and fitness trainer <a href="http://hollywoodlife.com/tag/tracy-anderson/" target="_blank"><strong>Tracy Anderson&#8217;s</strong></a> new fitness studio in Brentwood, Calif. on April 4.</p>

<p>“I think that women should support each other, especially through pregnancy,” Gwyneth, 40, tells ET Online at the April 4 event. “It’s a difficult time, and I think Kim Kardashian looks absolutely beautiful. And we&#8217;re supposed to gain weight when pregnant, that’s how God intended it.”</p>
<p>Gwyneth, as a <a href="http://hollywoodlife.com/2013/03/30/gwyneth-paltrow-gluten-kids-diet/" target="_blank">mom of two</a>, gives her full support to Kim, 32, during this tough time of being pregnant under the spotlight. Weight gain is natural during pregnancy, and apparently it doesn&#8217;t stop Gwyneth from thinking that the reality star looks gorgeous!</p>
<h3>Kim Works On Her Maternity Wear</h3>
<p>While <a href="http://hollywoodlife.com/2013/03/30/gwyneth-paltrow-gluten-kids-diet/" target="_blank">the author</a> and actress may love Kim&#8217;s more accentuated bumps and curves, Kimmy has been trying to figure out the best way to dress for her pregnant body. The <em>Temptation</em> actress <a href="http://hollywoodlife.com/2013/04/05/kim-kardashian-pregnancy-style-leather-leggings/" target="_blank">attended the April 4</a> event in support of her trainer, Tracy, 38. At the opening, <a href="http://hollywoodlife.com/2013/04/05/kim-kardashian-pregnancy-style-leather-leggings/">she wore tight black leggings</a> with a nice, flowing beige top and a long beige jacket.  She mixed skin-hugging and free-flowing perfectly in this outfit, and looks to be getting the hang of dressing for her baby body.</p>

<p><a href="http://www.hollywoodlife.com/tag/Kim-Kardashian"><strong>Kim Kardashian</strong></a> has always <a href="http://hollywoodlife.com/2013/01/31/kim-kardashian-baby-bump-pregnant-4-months-gym-pic/">been a fan of fitness</a>, but now that she&#8217;s four months pregnant with boyfriend <a href="http://www.hollywoodlife.com/tag/Kanye-West"><strong>Kanye West</strong></a>&#8216;s baby, she&#8217;s extra careful about staying in shape for her and her baby &#8212; and celebrity trainer <a href="http://www.hollywoodlife.com/tag/Tracy-Anderson"><strong>Tracy Anderson</strong></a> tells <strong>HollywoodLife.com</strong> EXCLUSIVELY the secrets behind Kim&#8217;s rocking pregnancy bod.</p>
<p><span id="more-996173"></span></p>
<p>As a celebrity fitness guru, whose famous clients inclue <strong>Jennifer Lopez</strong>, <strong>Molly Simms</strong> and BFF <strong>Gwenyth Paltrow</strong>, Tracy is utilizing her world-famous Tracy Anderson Method, which combines toning exercises known as muscular structure, and dance cardio to help Kim along her pregnancy fitness journey.</p>
<p>Tracy released a set of DVDs called the pregnancy project, which includes nine DVDs &#8212; one for each month of your pregnancy. It&#8217;s this method that she&#8217;s using to help stay in shape throughout her pregnancy.</p>
<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s the same research and development that went into the Pregnancy Project,&#8221; Tracy tells <strong>HollywoodLife.com</strong> at the Soho House in New York City, where she spoke for an event promoting Mama Mio, a skincare line designed to help shape, fit and tone skin.</p>
<p>&#8220;Because she&#8217;s Kim Kardashian, I am able to pay more attention to her workout, so I check in with her all the time, and she is doing amazing,&#8221; Tracy adds.</p>
<h3>Kim Kardashian: How She&#8217;s Staying Fit During Her Pregnancy</h3>
<p>Kim trains at Tracy&#8217;s Los Angeles studio, where she has been spotted leaving nearly every day in her workout gear.</p>
<p>&#8220;She&#8217;s following the pregnancy project, and she is doing a great job,&#8221; Tracy says. &#8221;She&#8217;s fun, she really likes the muscular structure. She doesn&#8217;t love to do the dance part, but she&#8217;s a really smart girl and she knows that you&#8217;re going to get out what you put in.&#8221;</p>
<p>And Tracy doesn&#8217;t want to get rid of Kim&#8217;s sexy curves &#8212; especially during her pregnancy months.</p>
<p>&#8220;She&#8217;s got like a very iconic sexy body, she&#8217;s not somebody that I would want to take her amazing curves and turn it into something emaciated,&#8221; Tracy says. &#8220;She&#8217;s such a hot girl so it&#8217;s like, let&#8217;s keep that body like that!&#8221;</p>
<h3>Tracy Anderson: Working Out 4-6 Weeks After Giving Birth Is Key</h3>
<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s so important that once the doctor releases you to start working out again,&#8221; Tracy says, which is usually four to six weeks after giving birth.</p>
<p>So will Kim be back in Tracy&#8217;s studio after the Kimye baby arrives?</p>
<p>&#8220;I know she will,&#8221; Tracy reveals. &#8220;She&#8217;s so young, and she&#8217;s got me helping her, so she&#8217;s going to look better after pregnancy than she&#8217;s ever looked. I guarantee it.&#8221;</p>

<p>J.Lo&#8217;s trainer <strong><a href="http://www.hollywoodlife.com/tag/tracy-anderson">Tracy Anderson</a> </strong>reveals EXCLUSIVELY to <strong>HollywoodLife.com</strong> all of the singer&#8217;s hot workout secrets. Tracy, an industry pro, has trained hot celebs such as <strong>Gwyneth Paltrow, Madonna</strong> and <strong>Courtney Cox</strong>!</p>
<p>In her new movie, <em>Parker</em>, out January 25, Jennifer has to strip down in front of co-star <strong>Jason Statham</strong>! J.Lo was determined to be in amazing shape for both <a href="http://hollywoodlife.com/2012/12/05/jennifer-lopez-dance-again-tour-divorce-marc-anthony/">her world tour</a> and her movie, and she wasn&#8217;t going to give less than her best.</p>
<p>“I have a lot of love for those people in the audience every night,&#8221; Jennifer says. &#8220;They got up, bought a ticket, sometimes stood for hours and even if I don’t feel like I have the smile in me, I feel like they deserve my best. I’m very conscious of that,” she tells <strong>HollywoodLife.com</strong>.</p>
<p>And Tracy understands Jennifer&#8217;s attitude about fitness.</p>
<p>&#8220;When someone&#8217;s preparing for tours and giving energy to that many people, they can&#8217;t be out of shape,&#8221; Tracy says. &#8220;Her workouts have to give her the ability to have endurance for the show,&#8221; adding, &#8220;We don&#8217;t want to change her sexy body!&#8221;</p>
<p>Tracy explains that the perfect workout for &#8220;Jenny from the Block&#8221; is not too extreme because the star loves her natural body and is secure with the way she looks.</p>
<p>&#8220;We wanted to design a workout to keep her sexy butt toned!&#8221; Tracy says.</p>
<p>Tracy reveals the key to getting J.Lo&#8217;s flawless body is tricking the muscles.</p>
<p>&#8220;We change the workout every 10 workouts,&#8221; she says. &#8220;That&#8217;s the secret. We can only stay on a movement every 10 days.&#8221; Tracy explains that by changing the exercise sequences every so often, the muscles are tricked and challenged, thus maximizing the workout results.</p>
<h3>Jennifer Lopez&#8217;s Workout Secrets</h3>
<p>Because J.Lo is constantly on the go, her workout needs to be manageable with her busy schedule. Tracy made sure to design a program that keeps Jennifer active but not overworked.</p>
<p>&#8220;She needs to get her exercise in one hour each day,&#8221; she says. &#8220;30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of muscular structure.&#8221; Tracy also reveals that in order for Jennifer to keep her rock hard body, she can&#8217;t go two days without a workout.</p>

<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s like learning a new skill,&#8221; Tracy says about exercising. &#8220;It is possible. There&#8217;s not a woman&#8217;s body I can&#8217;t change!&#8221;</p>

<h3>J.Lo&#8217;s Workout: Step-By-Step</h3>
<p><strong>1. Standing Inverted Knee Tuck with Straight back Arabesque Extend</strong> &#8211; works the butt</p>
<p>a) Start by standing facing the back of a chair. Put hands on back of the chair.</p>
<p>b) Tuck right knee to 90 degree angle and pull leg toward the chair back diagonally to the left side of the chair. Extend the leg to a straight back extended arabesque position, working through the turn out.</p>
<p>c) Body will lean forward over the chair with elbows bent on chair to help extend the leg high.</p>
<p><strong>2.  Lean, Tuck, Kick Combo</strong> &#8212; works the abs<strong><br />
</strong></p>
<p>a) Hold the back of a chair with both hands. The non-working leg should be placed back away from chair, and balancing on toe.</p>
<p>b) Pull working leg into chair back keeping body straight and leaning forward. Push body away from the chair, tucking knee into chest by curving the back, then extend leg high to the ceiling as the working hand reaches to touch the ground. Should finish with working leg up in the air and working hand on the floor.</p>
<p><strong>3. Touch the Ground Side Kick</strong> &#8212; works the outer thigh</p>
<p>a) Face away from the chair. Put both hands on the floor, working leg in attitude resting on the back of the chair behind body.</p>
<p>b) Lift working leg and kick straight out to side parallel. Return to rest position and repeat.</p>
<p>Each move should consist of 30-40 reps per leg. This whole sequence should be done all on the right side and then repeated on the left side.</p>

She announced on her blog on Jan. 3 that she is revving things up and working with celebrity trainer <strong><a href="http://hollywoodlife.com/tag/tracy-anderson/">Tracy Anderson</a></strong>. <p>Kim wouldn&#8217;t be the first pregnant star to shed her clothes for a magazine cover. Britney Spears was on <em>Harper&#8217;s Bazaar</em>, Demi Moore did it on <em>Vanity Fair</em> and Jessica Simpson did it for <em>Elle</em>.</p>
<p>Kim wrote on her official blog on Jan. 3: &#8220;Tracy Anderson is keeping me in shape! She is helping me make the adjustments necessary to keep me feeling happy, healthy and most importantly create a workout plan that is safe for the baby. It’s really important for me to have a fitness routine that works for my body and my schedule and I’m really happy with the workout plan Tracy is working with me on. Xo&#8221;</p>

<p>Kourtney admitted to <em>Us Weekly</em> that after she gave birth to her son <strong>Mason</strong> in 2009, she went on an unhealthy crash diet.</p>
<p>&#8220;I was comparing myself to other people and putting all this pressure on myself. I was working out and I wasn&#8217;t eating enough. I definitely pushed myself too hard.&#8221;</p>
<p>After she had her daughter Penelope on July 8, 2012, Kourtney knew she had to lose the weight the healthy way.</p>
<p>Kourtney follows pro trainer <a href="http://hollywoodlife.com/tag/tracy-anderson"><strong>Tracy Anderson</strong></a>&#8216;s 90-minute dance-focused workout. In just 6 months, she lost the 45 pounds of weight she gained during her second pregnancy and is down to just 106 pounds! Here are some of her secrets:</p>
<h3>How She Lost The Weight</h3>
<p><strong>Walking</strong> &#8212; &#8220;I did tons of walking with this massive stroller I have called the Bugaboo Donkey. It holds two kids, so I would put them both in and go for an hourlong walk. A lot of it would be uphill, so it would be pretty major.&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>Training With Tracy</strong> &#8212; &#8220;We&#8217;ve been doing it for about a month and it has totally changed the shape of my body. The trainer comes over at 7 in the morning when my kids are still asleep so I don&#8217;t have any mom guilt.&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>Using Kim As A Workout Buddy</strong> &#8212; &#8220;There are times when I&#8217;d say, &#8216;I&#8217;ll walke up at 9 when everyone else is getting up.&#8217; But she&#8217;d be like, &#8216;We&#8217;re working out.&#8217; If one of us isn&#8217;t in the mood, we push each other. I think we motivate each other to eat well too.&#8221;</p>
<h3>Her Diet Tips &amp; Tricks</h3>
<p><strong>Having An Occasional Splurge</strong> &#8212; &#8220;Yesterday my cousin sent us there buttery Armenian cookies called simit and Kim and I finished the entire bag! You can&#8217;t be trapped by some kind of strict diet plan. You need to live.&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>Everything In Moderation</strong> &#8212; &#8220;I don&#8217;t count calories. I just try not to overeat and I keep portions down. My breakfast every day is a protein shake with a banana, an apple, nonfat yogurt, milk, almonds, cinnamon and ice with a scoop of vanilla QuickTrim. For lunch I&#8217;ll have a piece of fish or a salad with avocado. And then for dinner I&#8217;ll make fresh soup in my blender, like butternut squash or tomato and zucchini.&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>Tricks Of The Trade</strong> &#8212; &#8220;I cut up celery and put it in bags to take with a little bit of hummus.&#8221; She also drinks lots of green tea.</p>
<p><strong>Cutting Out Alcohol</strong> &#8212; &#8220;I don&#8217;t drink because I&#8217;m breast-feeding. Besides, drinking doesn&#8217;t fit into my lifestyles of walking up super early and working out.&#8221;</p>

<p>Most celebrity moms make shedding the extra pregnancy pounds look easy, but the beautiful <a href="http://www.hollywoodlife.com/tag/Molly-Sims"><strong>Molly Sims</strong></a> admits it&#8217;s tough work. The 39-year-old jewelry designer, who <a href="http://hollywoodlife.com/2012/06/20/molly-sims-gives-birth-to-baby-boy/">welcomed son <strong>Brooks</strong> on June 19</a>, said shedding the 50 pounds she gained during her pregnancy is still a work in progress.</p>

<p>Molly works with celebrity trainer <strong>Tracy Anderson, </strong>whose famous clients include<a href="http://www.hollywoodlife.com/tag/Jennifer-Lopez"><strong> Jennifer Lopez </strong></a>and<strong> <a href="http://www.hollywoodlife.com/tag/Gwyneth-Paltrow">Gwyneth Paltrow</a></strong>, and credits the fitness guru for helping her get back in shape.</p>
<p>&#8220;Tracy’s method has changed my body,&#8221; she explains to <strong>HollyBaby.com</strong> EXCLUSIVELY on Oct. 5 at the launch of the Tracy Anderson Method Pregnancy Project at The Top of The Standard in New York City.</p>
<p>Tracy&#8217;s specialized fitness method for pregnant women and new moms, which she applies during her private training sessions, is now available on DVD. Her set of nine DVDs titled <em>Tracy Anderson: The Pregnancy Project </em>is now available on her website <a href="http://tracyandersonmethod.com/" rel="nofollow">tracyandersonmethod.com</a>.</p>
<h3>Tracy Anderson Reveals Her Pregnancy Workout Secrets</h3>
<p>The celebrity trainer shared with <strong>HollyBaby.com</strong> some exclusive fitness tips she incorporates in her DVD program. Tracy recommends working out for at least 30 minutes a day, but prefers doing 30 minutes of cardio and another 30 minutes of strength training for best results. She also swears by reverse crunches with your legs lifting up rather than laying on the ground doing standard crunches.</p>
<p>“It’s important for women to know to be patient, but if you follow my program, you should notice results within a few weeks of my product,&#8221; she says. &#8220;You will also have to attack [the weight] with cardio, make healthy choices and consume proper fats so the [breast] milk is healthy.”</p>
<p>&#8220;Every single sequence is constructed by me and it’s doable and effective,&#8221; she adds.</p>
<h3>Molly Sims: Perfect Post-Baby Bodies Aren&#8217;t &#8216;Realistic&#8217;</h3>
<p>As a celebrity, Molly said she feels intense pressure to bounce back into shape at record speed.</p>
<p>&#8220;The pressure is part of the problem because we feel like we need to look like a 20-year-old or someone in a magazine who just stepped out three weeks later and&#8230; it&#8217;s not realistic,&#8221; she said on the <em>Today Show</em> on Oct. 5.</p>
<p>&#8220;I gained 50 pounds, and it was hard and even harder after,&#8221; she added during the interview. &#8220;I have three Spanx on right now!&#8221;</p>
<p>Although she is lucky to be working with Tracy, Molly understands how much harder it is for working moms &#8212; but being a mom makes everything worthwhile.</p>

Miranda shows off her rockin&#8217; bod and to-die-for abs in the October/November issue of Australia&#8217;s <em>RUSSH Magazine</em>. New Mom and celeb trainer Tracy Anderson shares her best tips for a rocking post-baby body!</p>

<p>So, the burning question is &#8212;  how did she get her super hot post-baby body?</p>
<h3>Miranda Kerr&#8217;s Workout Routine</h3>
<p><em>The Daily Mail</em> reported earlier this year that Miranda makes sure to do a half an hour of yoga in the morning so that she&#8217;s &#8220;feeling good.&#8221; She also mentioned she has been &#8220;working out quite a bit doing Pilates and yoga and strength training with weights and resistant bands.&#8221;</p>
<p>On Sept. 25, <a href="https://twitter.com/MirandaKerr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Miranda tweeted</a> a photo of herself lifting weights with her personal trainer alongside a message saying, &#8220;Amping up the training for #victoriassecretfashionshow.&#8221;</p>

<h3>Breastfeeding Is Nature&#8217;s Post-Baby Weight Loss Program</h3>
<p>For new moms, Tracy says that the most important thing to building better abs is to wait until you have the go-ahead from your doctor.</p>
<p>&#8220;Women might actually do more harm then good. It&#8217;s important to wait the entire time. If you can, breast feed &#8212; that is nature&#8217;s way of releasing the things in our bodies that will pull your abs and uterus back together. It&#8217;s constantly stimulated by nursing,&#8221; Tracy says.</p>
<p>Tracy reveals all these secrets and more in her post-baby DVD,<em> <a href="http://tracyandersonmethod.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">The Pregnancy Project</a></em>.</p>
<p>&#8220;Every single sequence is constructed by me and it&#8217;s do-able and effective. To get the prettiest abs, you aren&#8217;t laying on the ground just doing crunches. Instead of having your feet on the ground and knees up, it works from the bottom of the hips up. You&#8217;ll see me lifting my legs more than my shoulders,&#8221; Tracy says. &#8220;The transverse abs, that is what we want to get to as women.&#8221;</p>
<h3>Cardio + Weight-Lifting = Miranda Kerr&#8217;s Hot Bod</h3>
<p>Tracy recommends that you work out for at least 30 minutes per day but prefers doing 30 minutes of cardio and another 30 minutes of muscular structure.</p>
<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s important for women to know to be patient, but if you follow my program, you should notice results within a few weeks of my product. You will also have to attack it with cardio, make healthy choices, and consume proper fats so the [breast] milk is healthy.&#8221;</p>
<p>And, ladies, remember &#8220;more crunches is NOT always better.&#8221;</p>

<p>Celebrity trainer <strong><a href="http://www.hollywoodlife.com/tag/Tracy-Anderson">Tracy Anderson</a></strong>, 36, is credited for sculpting the post-pregnancy bodies of <a href="http://www.hollywoodlife.com/tag/Jennifer-Lopez"><strong>Jennifer Lopez</strong></a> and <a href="http://www.hollywoodlife.com/tag/Gwyneth-Paltrow"><strong>Gwyneth Paltrow</strong></a>, and even got back to her fit figure mere weeks after giving birth to daughter <strong>Penelope</strong> in May 2012. But in a recent interview, the fitness instructor said that many women use pregnancy as an &#8220;excuse&#8221; for gaining weight!</p>

<p>When Tracy was pregnant with her first baby in 1998, she indulged in junk food, including milkshakes and hot dogs and spent most of the time lounging around. By the time she gave birth to <strong>Sam</strong>, she had gained 60 pounds, which was an excessive amount for her 5-foot frame.</p>
<p>&#8220;A lot of women use pregnancy as an excuse to let their bodies go, and that’s the worst thing,” she told <em>Dujour</em> magazine in their September issue. “I feel like I’ve lived an entire lifetime since then.&#8221;</p>
<p>That lifetime includes opening a fitness studio, releasing exercise DVDs, and taking on many high-profile clients. And when she got pregnant with her baby Penelope in fall 2011, she wanted to approach her pregnancy much healthier this time around.</p>
<p>She only gained 30 pounds, and lost most of the weight less than two months later!</p>
<p>Although her latest fitness DVD endeavor, <em>The Pregnancy Project</em>, was designed to help women stay in shape throughout their pregnancy, she still doesn&#8217;t see having kids as a reason to be fat.</p>
<p>“I’ve seen so many women who come to me right after [having children] with disaster bodies that have gone through hell, or they come to me years later and say, ‘Oh, my body is like this because I had three kids,’” she said in the interview.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s also easy to say for celebrities who can devote their entire day and thousands of dollars to getting in shape!</p>
