Megan Fox is one of Hollywood’s “tough girls,” but the sexy actress and new mom opened up to Jay Leno on Dec. 17 that her physical strength didn’t prepare her whatsoever for labor with her first baby, son Noah Shannon Green.

“I thought I was going to be tough, and the nurses were going to be like ‘she’s a warrior princess, she doesn’t need an epidural, she’s amazing, we’re such big fans,’” she told Jay. But things didn’t really go according to plan.

“As soon as I got out of the car, I was already crying for an epidural. I was asking the security guard for an epidural.”

She also joked that to prepare for going into labor, the mom and dads-to-be are given sketches of faces in labor to let the parents know when it’s time to go to the hospital for delivery. Megan said the first face is a woman looking pleasant, but wondering if she’s having a contraction, and it progresses all the way to face five where the woman is pulling her hair out and screaming — and she admitted she jumped straight from a one to a five.

The baby is the first with her husband Brian Austin Green, so it’s no surprise she was so caught off-guard with the intensity of going into labor. Hopefully, she’ll be better prepared next time! Check out the funny clip below.

Short and sweet or sexy and sleek, which style did you like better?

While in NYC promoting their upcoming show, both Kim and Kourtney Kardashian stopped by the Tonight Show with David Letterman where they both opted for black get-ups — although their looks couldn’t have been any more different! While Kourt covered up in tights, a Karen Zambos skirt, Alexander McQueen shoes, and a Flutter by Jill necklace, Kim braved the cold in a very revealing dress.

Kim showed off her signature curves in a sheer Marc Bouwer frock, and considering how cold and rainy it was, I give the reality star some credit for stepping out in something so bare!

Even though I would put on Kourt’s outfit before Kim’s, I can’t decide which look I like better in this situation — although I enjoy the way the sisters exhibit their own personal sense of style! Which look did you really love?

Conan O’Brien’s Nov. 8 premiere of his new late night TBS show, Conan, had more viewers than The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and the Late Show with David Letterman!

Conan O’Brien tasted sweet revenge Nov. 8 when the premiere of his late show, aptly titled Conan, brought in 4.2 million viewers — which was more than both of his major competitors, Jay Leno and David Letterman!

“I’ve dreamed of being a talk-show host on basic cable ever since I was 46,” Conan joked during his opening monologue.

Sarcasm aside, Conan’s new cable show is a hit with the right demographic: the young people. More than 3.3 million of his viewers were in the 18-49-year-old group, which is the most sought after group with advertisers.

On the other hand, Conan’s network competitors, Jay and David, had slightly more than 3 million viewers each — and their average viewers were 50 years old!

The best moment — at least in my mind — was watching Betty White dancing with Jay Leno off-camera during Macy Gray‘s performance! Shocking … she seemed to love the song (I did, too) and boy could that dame boogie!

Meanwhile, when she was filming promos for the show, Jay warmed her heart (to whatever extent he can) by calling the 88-year-old comedian a “fox.” Seriously: the producers said they needed a fox, and Jay actually quipped, “We have a fox right here,” referring the to Ms. White. Moments later, Betty was given a baby fox to hold, and she loved it.

And when you saw her do her “Can’t Make Me Flinch” bit with Jay: It’s for real, folks. She’s even more stone-faced than you could believe. Hilarious.

You be the judge: how did the former Alaskan governor do as a comedienne-in-the-making?

Did Sarah Palin use The Tonight Show with Jay Leno as a new platform for a potential career as a comic? The former VP candidate not only chatted with the talk show host about her political ambitions March 2, but debuted a comedy routine as well!

When Jay, 59 asked Sarah what her future career plans are, now that she’s stepped down as governor of Alaska, the 46-year-old Fox News commentator poked fun at Jay’s time-slot switcheroo. “I hear once in a while this desk becomes open,” she joked, adding that she’s always wanted to try her hand at stand-up!

Apparently, Sarah decided to kick-start her career on Jay’s show, making wisecracks about everything from Los Angeleno’s penchant for plastic surgery with, “Here, when people have a frozen look on their face, its Botox!” to President Obama‘s health care plan. Naturally, the hardcore right-wing advocate also lit into the Democratic-led Congress and joked about moose meat.

Making the most of her allotted three minutes, Sarah also kidded that she’s signed a deal to become a Tina Fey impersonator in Las Vegas. You’ll remember Tina was devilishly good at mocking Sarah as Sarah on SNL during the 2008 Presidential campaign.

The final chapter in the battle between Tonight Show host Conan O’Brien and NBC has been written and closed. Not only does Conan get a severance of $32.5 million – he’s worked out a sweet deal for his staff to the tune of $7.5 million, TMZ also reports the network has kicked in even more cash at the last minute for his crew displaced by the dispute.

HollywoodLife.com spoke to sources from the network and Conan’s team who seemed pleased as punch and pretty confident that this deal wouldn’t stretch into months — or even weeks. A programming exec tells HollywoodLife.com that she knew NBC would seal the deal in a timely manner and set our beloved Coco free! His final show as host is tomorrow.

The always mysterious K-Stew appeared on The Tonight Show With Conan O’Brien last night and was so bold as to run her fingers through his hair.

But co-star Nikki Reed had already beat Kristen to the punch – she did the exact same thing when she was on the show last year: “I was very proud of her – but can I do it?”
