Johnny Depp is portraying a vampire in his latest film, Dark Shadows, and he has some sage advice for Twilight‘s Robert Pattinson!

“There’s room for two vampires on this block — as long as he remembers I am the Alpha Vampire,” Johnny told Us Weekly.

This is the eighth film the 48-year old actor is collaborating on with his longtime friend, Tim Burton.

“I think it was during Sweeney Todd where I just blurted out in mid conversation, ‘God, we should do a vampire movie together where you actually have a vampire that looks like a vampire,’” Johnny revealed to Movie Line.

Unlike “vampires that look like underwear models,” Johnny envisioned his undead character donning ghostly make-up and fangs. The actor said he’s always been fascinated by monsters and the erotic nature of bloodsuckers adds “a darkness, this mystery, this intrigue.”

When asked about the types of roles he still wants to take on, Johnny revealed, “I think there are still more boxes to be ticked. But, this was a big one for me.”

Based on the novel by Seth Grahame-Smith, Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter tells the twisted tale of Lincoln’s (Benjamin Walker) double life as an axe-wielding fang fighter. (Move over, Buffy!)

Look out, Angie! Oscar-nominated Hailee will star as the Princess in a re-telling of the fairy tale! Angelina wants to play the Evil Witch in an other version. Who do you think fits their classic role better?

Hailee Steinfeld and Angelina Jolie could be fighting out in competing fairy-tale movies! Deadline.com reports that young Hailee now is attached to the script for Sleeping Beauty. The news comes amid rumors that Angelina is hot for a big part in Maleficent  – Tim Burton‘s upcoming version of the timeless story.

Haillee, 14, shot to stardom in True Grit — snagging a nomination for Best Supporting Actress! The new Sleeping Beauty will tell the tale from the Princess’ point of view as she tries to make her way out of the dream world. Not too bad for Hailee, who was also said to be up for the role of Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games — before it was snagged by Jennifer Lawrence.

The billion-dollar success of Tim’s Alice in Wonderland made fairy tales the next big thing in Hollywood. The blockbuster lineup ahead includes Snow White and the Hunstman with Twlight‘s Kristen Stewart in the lead; The Brothers Grimm: Snow White starring Julia Roberts and Armie Hammer, and a new Peter Pan with Channing Tatum.

So it’s no wonder Angie wants in — even if it means playing a nasty role like the Evil Witch! That could really scare her kids!

But she admits she was never taught basic parenting essentials before she became a mom — so she’s attending special sessions to make up for lost time.

“It’s much harder being a mom than an actress. I’m taking parenting classes. You know, no one taught me what to do,” says star, who plays evil witch Bellatrix Lestrange in the latest wizard movie Deathly Hallows, to E! Online.

And the most important lesson the “fun” classes have taught her? That she doesn’t have to be a superhero to be a good mom. “They’re teaching me some really interesting things, like it’s not your job to know everything,” she adds. “What a relief. I don’t have to know everything.” Can you relate?

The actress says she is on board for ‘Cleopatra’ if they can ‘get the story right’ and would love to work with Tim Burton on ‘Malificent!’

For those of you with any questions on Angelina Jolie‘s upcoming projects today is your lucky day! Our sister site Deadline Hollywood has posted a video of the actress discussing not one, not two, not three, but four of her future film roles! Here is what the Oscar winning actress had to say!

First off is Malificent, the rumored Tim Burton project about the ‘Mistress of All Evil’ in the famous Disney flick Sleeping Beauty. Angie said, “I loved her when I was a little girl, she was my favorite.” For some girls it’s the princesses, for Angelina it’s the wicked queen who curses a newborn child. She also noted, “the chance to work with Tim Burton would be extraordinary.” So we think that’s looking pretty likely.

Next up was Cleopatra, which the actress has already been confirmed for. But hold on, it seems there may be some slight hesitation. She says, “I think if we can get the story right and do the real story. There’s a lot about her that’s not been covered yet … if we can do something original we will.” I am sure the screenwriters will be working overtime to satisfy Angie, the only logical choice for the role, and her comments on the film make me even more excited to see it now.

Then there is Scarpetta, the story of crime solving medical examiner Kay Scarpetta from Patricia Cornwell‘s bestselling series. Though she is rumored to have already signed on she simply notes, “they’re writing a script, in development.” So, somewhat less certain about this one.

Finally there is Serena, a VERY interesting movie from director Darren Aronofsky. Set in the 1920s, she would play a woman who along with her husband established a timber empire. She then learns she cannot bear children and thus sets out to murder the son her husband fathered illigitemately. That too is in development it seems.

So there you have it, the possible next four movies for Ms. Jolie, no doubt further proving her amazing acting ability and eclectic taste in roles!

Don’t shoot the messenger! I think Kristen Stewart deserves to win just as much as you do — but Sandra Bullock is totally taking home the sympathy vote!

Sorry, Kristen Stewart. You totally rocked in the Twilight Saga: New Moon, but I don’t think you have a chance of beating Sandra Bullock for Best Female Performance June 6 at the MTV Movie Awards!

For starters, Sandra, 45, totally has America’s support after divorcing her cheating husband, Jesse James, and swapping her big man for a little one — adopted son Louis Bardo Bullock. Secondly, let’s not forget that Sandy actually won an OSCAR for said role in The Blind Side. Lastly…do you actually think Sandra would walk the red carpet if she wasn’t absolutely guaranteed to make her big comeback to society with more than one (she’s accepting the MTV Generation award) major win? Right.

So, we’ve established that SB is going to be the comeback queen, but who else will take home the coveted moon man trophies?

In the Best Kiss categories, K-Stew, 20, is clearly going to be a winner (she’s nominated twice, after all). However, her make-out session with real-life BF Rob Pattinson was MUCH hotter than the lip-lock she laid down on BFF Dakota Fanning in The Runaways — so R-Patz & K-Stew, you totally have my vote for sexiest onscreen smooch!

As for Biggest Badass Star, dudes like Channing Tatum, Chris Pine, Rain and Sam Worthington are SOL — there is NO ONE, and I repeat, NO ONE more badass than Angelina Jolie! I mean, who else could shimmy into a latex Tomb Raider costume like Angie, 34? Exactly. None of these guys!

In the Global Superstar category, well, Twilight will win once again — I suspect R-Patz is slightly more popular than his co-star Taylor Lautner — but in my heart of hearts I’m rooting for Johnny Depp. He’s my icon, but then again, I’m also older than sixteen.

Best Movie? Need we even ask this question? Although I personally loved Alice in Wonderland, and would be overwhelmed with sweat if Tim Burton’s epic film won, there’s no contest. Avatar, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and The Hangover and totally losing to New Moon. You Twi-hards (and there’s a LOT of you) wouldn’t have it any other way!

Do you think Angelina is the right choice to play evil fairy Maleficent in Sleeping Beauty?

Can you picture this? Disney is considering remaking the 1959 animated classic Sleeping Beauty, but this time it would be a live-action film! Angelina Jolie is a rumored choice for the role of evil fairy Maleficent, and Tim Burton might also sign on to direct the film! Tim just directed Disney’s box office-hit remake of Alice and Wonderland, so it wouldn’t be a total stretch. Though there’s no official deal or script yet, rumors are definitely circling!

In case your Disney memory is rusty, Maleficent is the villainess who casts an evil spell on Sleeping Beauty (aka Princess Aurora) causing her to prick herself on a spinning wheel’s spindle on her 16th birthday. The princess falls into a deep sleep, and can only be awakened by the kiss of a prince!

Angelina is currently filming The Tourist in Italy with Johnny Depp, but once that film and her spy drama Salt hit theaters, she’ll be out of gig … so we think the timing would be perfect for her to play the evil fairy godmother!

What happened, BFFs? Why didn’t you see Remember Me?

What a bummer! We thought that with huge hits like Twilight and New Moon under his belt, Robert Pattinson would be box-office king once again with Remember Me… but an estimate for the weekend reveals the movie isn’t doing so well. According to a report from Reuters, Remember Me has taken in $8.3 million so far (not including Sunday), which puts the movie in fourth place for the weekend.

Alice in Wonderland is once again sitting pretty at No. 1 with $62 million, while Matt Damon‘s Green Zone is taking second place with $14.5 million. Even the comedy She’s Out of My League is beating R-Patz’s new drama with $9.6 million!
