Marysol Patton announced her divorce in the season finale in of RHOM on Dec. 20, but even though her personal life isn’t in the best shape at the moment, her career definitely is! Marysol told us exclusively about the love advice Millionaire Matchmaker Patti Stanger gave her recently and spilled on the advice she would give to other working women! Plus, which other housewives is she BFFs with?

How are your current relationships with the ladies on the show?

Ana, Alexia, Adriana –I’m pretty close with them. I try to keep my distance from Lea. It’s uncomfortable.

Do you feel self-conscious in front of the cameras?

You know, in the beginning, I was very self conscious the first time around, very, very nervous. After a while, if you are around people you know well — it’s harder when you’re with people you don’t know well — but it gets easier as you get to know the girls and as time goes by and you clique, it’s more natural. I don’t notice them anymore, no, and a cocktail always helps!

Do people act differently when the cameras are around? 

Oh, God yes! I just am myself. You know, sometimes I see people amp it up a little bit when they see the cameras. I get the hee bee gee bees. That’s when I fade into the background. I watch in awe! I’m like, no, oh God!

Marysol Patton’s Best Friends In The Biz

Are you a fan of the other Housewives?

I love Atlanta! That’s one of my favorites! I’ve met NeNe [Leakes] several times. When she comes to Miami, we hang out. Ive met Melissa [Gorga] from New Jersey, we’ve gone out a few times with her husband Joe. I know LuAnn [de Lesseps], we’ve gone out. I’ve hung out in L.A. with Alexis Bellino and Vicki Gunvalson from O.C. I’m pretty chummy with Patti Stanger – I know she isn’t a housewife!

Does Patti give you relationship advice?

She always tells me to look up. She’s very psychic and she’s very intuitive as well. She has a gift. She’s very psychic. One day I sat on the phone for her for two hours straight and she started telling me all these things about me and what I needed to do. She started telling me I need to look up more and I realized I need to get my eyes off my Blackberry and my iPhone. The world is passing me by and all I’m looking at is messages, messages and messages. Who knows what handsome gentleman is walking by me? Maybe he looked at me and I didn’t even realize it because I was looking down. And I realized what she meant by “you need to look up more.”

Marysol’s Best Business Advice

You own a fashion PR firm — who are some of your favorite stylish celebrities?

I love how Charlize Theron dresses. Victoria Beckham. Penelope Cruz is pretty fabulous too. She always has a great red carpet moment. Victoria Beckham always looks great.

What’s next for you?

Right now, I’m focusing on my company and the coffee business. It’s a big undertaking. My mother doesn’t really work so I have to run both businesses. Right now, I want to conquer the PR world and the coffee world!

What’s your advice for women looking to have successful careers?

You know what? You just have to believe in whatever it is you’re doing. If you love it and believe in it, you’re going to be great at it. If you have passion for something, that passion is infectious to people around you. That’s how it is in PR. I won’t take on a client unless I think it’s fabulous and I think everyone else will think it’s fabulous! Or I will never be able to sell it to anybody. You have to be that way in whatever business you’re doing. Plus, you can’t say no. Because someone will say no and ten no’s later, you’ll get a yes. You have to just keep going and pushing and pushing. It’s all about hard work. Things just don’t fall out of the sky. I think people get discouraged quickly and give up. You can’t.

Joanna Krupa is moving on! The reality star tells InTouch that she and club owner Romain Zago broke up after a mega-blowout fight.

“We got in a huge fight, and I just pretty much got fed up with it,” she says. “He loves me to death, he wants to be with me, but there’s something that’s holding him from committing 100 percent.”

The 33-year-old attributes their problems to the fact that they couldn’t nail down a wedding date.

“It’s been more than five years, we don’t have a wedding date set,” she says. “Nothing was going to change.”

Romain had this to say: “I don’t know if it’s over forever but I’m pretty pissed. She is traveling all over the place anyway. There is no way anyone can be with her like this. That’s her choice.”

Alexia Echevarria is excited for everyone to see the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Miami, but don’t expect her to become besties with Karent Sierra.

“I think the one that is [crawling under my skin] is Karent,” Alexia tells us. “You’ve haven’t had the pleasure to meet her but I’m sure she’ll do the same thing to you. In episode one, you don’t really see it, but I knew her from before. She gave me a very cold greeting so I took it very personally. This was my first time out in six months and I saw her with her smile … and it did bother me because she did know me.”

Real Housewives Of Miami star Alexie Echevarria is keeping a bedside vigil for her son Frankie who was badly hurt in the crash. He has undergone surgery and doctors say his condition is “very bad.”Details of the crash are unknown, but wet weather is thought to have been involved — Miami was hit by heavy rain around the time of the accident.

Alexia has been tweeting from Frankie’s bedside, sharing updates on his condition with fans.

On Thursday, August 18 she tweeted, “Frankie’s pelvic surgery went well today thanks to God and all your prayers. He is stable and getting stronger day by day.”

“Your prayers are helping Frankie and our family be strong! Much love.”

When she’s not on screen on the Bravo show, Alexia is the executive editor of glossy Latin fashion magazine Venue.

She is married to businessman Herman Echevarria and has two sons from a previous marriage, 13-year-old Frankie and Peter, 18.

The news comes just days after The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong’s estranged husband, Russell Armstrong, committed suicide.

What a terrible week for the Housewives. Let’s hope Frankie pulls through and makes a full recovery.

We’re guessing they were happy because they had just filmed a taping of “Watch What Happens Live” with Bravo host Andy Cohen.

Alexia Echeverria has a problem with how her husband Herman insists on spending his money. The Real Housewives of Miami star had it out with him at her co-star Lea Black‘s annual gala for the Juvenile Services Department of Miami on April 2 at the Eden Roc Renaissance in Miami Beach.

Sources tell HollywoodLife.com they were fighting because Herman wouldn’t stop bidding on diamonds — seriously?!

If Alexia doesn’t want Herman — we’ll take him! Our source added that Alexia kept telling Herman she “didn’t need anymore diamonds” — can a girl ever have enough? Instead, Herman and Alexia walked away with a weekend at Joe Francis‘ home in Mexico that cost them a whopping $20,000. Um, hanging at the Girls Gone Wild guy’s house, or an incredible bracelet … is that even a question?

Lea and her husband Roy Black ended up raising $750,000 for their charity. One big bidder, philanthropist Arthur Benjamin, donated a big chunk of change too and everyone was talking about it!

Our source added that the night was “wild” — Pharell performed and RHOM co-star Adriana De Moura got on the stage and danced with him. We hope that was caught for a possible Season Two!

And to top it off, Lea told those in attendance that she was “going to work this room like a $100,000 hooker!” That she did.

Cristy & Larsa are up against the rest of the cast of ‘The Real Housewives of Miami.’ Whose side are you on?

On the last episode of The Real Housewives of Miami, Cristy Rice crashed Lea Black‘s black-tie event and refused to pay for a ticket. This was the first time we clearly saw the two sides (like we predicted) drawn by this new cast — Lea, Marysol Patton, Alexia Echevarria, Lea Black and Adriana DeMoura-Sidi against basketball wives Cristy and Larsa Pippen. And the rift you saw on TV is real, Marysol tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively — it continues “until this day!”

“Everybody is cordial when we have to get together for filming and photo shoots, but you know, there are four of us [Marysol, Alexia, Lea and Adriana] who are friendly and hang out outside of all this filming,” says Marysol.  ”There are two [Cristy and Larsa] that do the same as well. You can’t put six strangers together and expect them to all be best friends.”

Marysol, president of public relations firm The Patton Group, in Miami, helped Lea plan the gala. She thinks Cristy’s refusal to pay was way out of line.

“I learned my business doing it for charity,” she says. “Unless you’re a big donor and you have a track record of donating a lot of money, you’re paying before you go. When you don’t have a track record with a charity, everybody knows you don’t do that.”

Marysol’s relationship with her mother, Elsa, is also a highlight of the series. On the premiere, we watched as Elsa bluntly asked Marysol about her sex life. The situation still embarrasses Marysol.

“First of all, she totally ambushed me because I had no idea she was going to do that,” Marysol shares. “I was totally uncomfortable. She may not be Victorian, but I think I am a little bit. I kept looking at the camera people and at her like, ‘What is going on right now?’ Talk about sex? Obviously that wasn’t a conversation that I’ve had with my mother before. I was genuinely taken aback, nervous and uncomfortable with the whole thing. She just says whatever because she has nothing to lose.”

But overall, Marysol loves her mother’s humor. “She’s just naturally hysterical,” Marysol says. “I just have bellyaches from the stuff that comes out of her mouth. She doesn’t hurt anyone’s feelings — not at anyone’s expense — it’s just this crazy stuff that comes out of her mouth that’s hysterical. It’s just good, clean fun.”
