I wasn’t sure what to expect from Jessica Simpson’s new show but I was very pleasantly surprised! What did you think?
For those of you that haven’t heard about The Price Of Beauty, it’s a 30-minute reality/documentary hybrid show that follows Jessica Simpson, her BFF hair stylist Ken Paves and gal pal CaCee Cobb as they travel the world searching to find what makes people in different cultures feel beautiful. Jess made it clear that after a rough year of people scrutinizing her looks and weight, she wanted to find beauty within herself. I think this is where Jess is at her best, opening herself up to her fans and showing that like us, she has her insecurities and even though she is clearly a gorgeous girl, she’s still growing up and trying to become comfortable in her own skin, despite what the tabloids say. Jessica Simpson’s new VH1 reality show, The Price of Beauty, premiered March 15, and it sounds like Jessica, 29, celebrated her return to the small screen with quite the shindig – and in an economy-friendly way, no less!

Super star Jessica Simpson finally tells Oprah how she really feels about her blabbing ex-boyfriend, John Mayer.
“I’m well .. I’m a little bit angry,” she said of his big “tell-all” interview with Playboy, when he said Jessica was “like sexual napalm.” Jess said, “I hope he gets his life together. He did apologize. I don’t accept it. I tried to read the article,” she admits. “It made me so sad, and it was really discourage because that’s not the John that I knew.”
Jess says she can’t forgive but … she is ready to forget. “It’s just one of those things that … I don’t resent him. I’m just going to let that go.
