The hair, the gloves, the pink! Both ladies have the Jackie O. look down pat — but which one do YOU like better?
We hope you’re a fan of pink, because there’s a whole lot of it going on in this post. Two of our favorite people — The Vampire Diaries star Candice Accola and The Kennedys star Katie Holmes — are both bringing a classic look back to the small screen, and we want to know which actress YOU think pulls off the look better. Is it Candice in her costume for Mystic Falls’ “1960s Decades Dance” or is Katie in full costume for her ReelzChannel miniseries?
Katie plans to ‘girl it up’ on the high-class tot’s big day and we’re sure she wouldn’t have it any other way!
Katie Holmes chatted with Ryan Seacrest on On Air with Ryan Seacrest today, April 4 to promote her new miniseries The Kennedys, but the most exciting news was the amazing celebration she has planned for Suri‘s fifth birthday on April 18!
Do you think the star should’ve gotten more dressed up for her big premiere night?
I don’t know about you, but I’m so excited to see The Kennedys and I’m really interested in watching Katie Holmes portray Jackie O. Seeing Katie on the red carpet at the world premiere in LA on Mar. 28, I thought the star looked pretty in her simple baby blue Ralph Lauren spring 2011 dress — but part of me expected her to get more dressed up for the big night!
The miniseries, also starring Greg Kinnear, was pulled by History but will find new life on another network – will YOU be watching?
History released a statement saying the eight-part special, which stars Greg Kinnear as John F. Kennedy and Katie Holmes as his wife Jackie, saying, “We recognize historical fiction is an important medium for storytelling and commend all the hard work and passion that has gone into the making of the series, but ultimately deem this as the right programming decision for our network.”
It’s Suri’s mommy’s birthday! Katie Holmes is celebrating her special day today and she just landed in Vancouver to be with her hubby, Tom Cruise!
The girl who made Tom Cruise jump on Oprah Winfrey‘s couch and declare his love is celebrating her birthday today! Katie Holmes may have gotten her start on the hit teen drama Dawson’s Creek, but that’s not what made her the well known actress she is today! The media went crazy when Katie was spotted hanging out with Tom and went even crazier when the couple tied the knot and had a daughter, Suri, 4. Yes, HollyBaby‘s favorite fashionista, Suri Cruise!
Reunion! The former costars have two very similar roles coming out in two separate films — as alleged foes Jackie O and Marilyn!
They say that history repeats itself and it looks like that could not be closer to the truth for former costars Michelle Williams and Katie Holmes of Dawson’s Creek! The two, who alternated between friends and foes on the hugely popular WB series, will now be playing two women with a similarly complicated relationship — Jackie O and Marilyn Monroe!
Suri Cruise is mom’s number one cheerleader on and off the movie set! Katie says her daughter is a ray of sunshine while she’s working!
Katie Holmes, 32, loves bringing her 4-year-old daughter, Suri, to work with her! “I love being a mom,” she says of her child with husband Tom Cruise, 48. “Suri comes to the set with me… She is amazing and it’s really fun to share making a movie with her. She brings so much to it.”
On the set of her new miniseries about The Kennedys, Mrs. Tom Cruise is dressed the same way the First Lady was on that fateful day in November 1963.
Katie Holmes channels her inner Jackie Kennedy right down to her quilted Chanel bag in a shot taken today on the Toronto set of the History Channel’s miniseries, The Kennedys. Judging by the pink suit she is wearing in the pic, she and Greg Kinnear — who plays President Kennedy — were shooting the couple’s arrival in Dallas on November 22, 1963, the day the President was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald.

And no, we’re not talking about Tom Cruise!
Katie Holmes, 31, is starring as Jackie Kennedy in the new History Channel eight-hour miniseries The Kennedys, which premieres in 2011. She was spotted Aug. 17 in Toronto, Canada, shooting the tragic scene of JFK’s funeral holding a devastated John John wearing his iconic baby blue coat.

Jackie Kennedy Onasis captivated a nation with her effortless good looks, amazing style, and high profile marriage — much like Katie Holmes! From her constantly newsworthy marriage to Tom Cruise, her array of stylish red carpet looks, and her super fashionable daughter Suri, Katie has come to represent to the current generation what Jackie was for hers.
Katie Holmes was photographed cuddling a baby in a scene from her new miniseries The Kennedys — but since Suri’s never had any younger competition, for her parents’ attention, could this be a tantrum instigator?
Suri Cruise has had a great time on the Toronto set of The Kennedys while her mom, Katie Holmes, shoots scenes as the legendary Jackie Kennedy Onassis. She’s become BFF with the little girl playing Jackie’s daughter, Caroline, but somehow we’re guessing she won’t be as happy to see her mom cuddling the newest addition to the cast, a toddler who’s playing young John-John.
