Warning: Don’t read if you haven’t watched the season finale of ‘True Blood.’ Things are about to get… spoiler-y.
Five deaths, two disappointed vampires and one unsettling return added up to a seriously mind-blowing True Blood season finale. And while I predict a lot of fans have a bad taste in their mouth after the Sept. 11 episode, I loved every minute — and more importantly — every twist.
Plus, ‘old’ Eric rears his ugly head! Do you wish he was still cute & cuddly, or are you glad he has his memory back?
Ding-dong, the witch is dead! Well, sort of. On the Sept. 4 episode of True Blood, Jesus (Kevin Alejandro) used his insane brujo powers — see the terrifying image above — to separate Marnie (Fiona Shaw) from Antonia and lower the forcefield around the Moon Goddess Emporium, allowing Bill (Stephen Moyer) and Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) to bust in and finish her off.
The beautiful couple learns that ‘all is possible’ when they find yet another venue for the old bump & grind.
I’ve been patiently waiting for True Blood‘s Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) and Sookie (Anna Paquin) to get nasty for three seasons, but after the past three weeks, I think I’m ready to see them put their clothes back on. After exchanging blood, the couple spent most of the Aug. 14 episode having drug-induced sex in a Narnia-style fantasy. “Can we make love in it?” Eric asked upon seeing a bed. Try and guess Sookie’s answer.
Eric & Sookie finally consummated their timeless romance, while Bill drowned his sorrows in a glass of wine. Did I mention he was alone?
I’ve been looking forward to the July 31 episode of True Blood — the much-hyped full moon episode — for a while now, and I have to be honest, it was a little disappointing. As it turns out, you can’t “make” someone a were-panther, so Jason (Ryan Kwanten) didn’t get his big transformation, despite the many episodes dedicated to building up his story line. That being said, I was definitely NOT disappointed by the very last scene, in which Sookie (Anna Paquin) and Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) made sweet nasty love in the middle of the woods!
Took them long enough! Somewhere Bill Compton is weeping big red tears.
The moment we’ve been waiting for all season — well, really for the past three seasons — finally happened on the July 24 episode of True Blood: Sookie (Anna Paquin) finally kissed Eric (Alexander Skarsgard)! It wasn’t a dream, she wasn’t being glamoured, and no one was in any danger of being killed. She did it because she wanted to do it, and I couldn’t be happier.
Another outstanding episode! Does anyone else think this season might be the best one yet?
Sookie (Anna Paquin) and Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) continued playing the world’s most awkward game of “house” ever on the July 3 episode of True Blood, and I’m really starting to wonder what’s wrong with Sookie. A rich, hot, powerful vampire is throwing himself at her, and she won’t even give him a chance? This girl needs to get her head examined!
The ‘True Blood’ and ‘O.C.’ characters both channeled their angst into a violent new hobby — but who did it better?
Tara Thornton’s (Rutina Wesley) transformation from sassy bartender to kick-ass cage fighter on True Blood may have seemed strange to many — myself included — but it’s not the first time we’ve seen a beloved character turn to a life of violence after a traumatic event. Let’s travel back to Nov. 2006, when a young Californian named Ryan Atwood (Ben McKenzie) used his fists to beat down the sadness of losing dear, sweet Marissa Cooper (Mischa Barton.) Weirder still, both characters made their angry life-change on their show’s fourth season premieres!
