‘Survivor: Caramoan’ Winner — John Cochran Wins Tribal Council Votes

John Cochran took home the title of sole survivor, despite being labeled as disloyal and mocked for his inability in challenges the last time he played in Survivor: South Pacific. This time around, John won four challenges.

In the final tribal council, nine jurors, who were previously voted off throughout the season, took shots at the finalists. Sherri was criticized for riding the coattails of Dawn and John. Dawn was berated for forming personal relationships with contestants before stabbing them in the back. And John was criticized for being lazy and allowing Dawn to do all the work.

Jeff Probst Names A Winner

Jeff Probst read the nine votes from the jurors and John was crowned the winner.

After his win, John said, ”Obviously, it feels incredible. I’ve loved this game for half of my life. It’s a dream come true.”

“It is with much consideration and a heavy heart that we are announcing that after 10 years of a loving relationship, the decision was made to move on without each other,” Ethan, 39, and Jenna, 32, told PEOPLE on Feb. 18.

“We will carry with us the memories of a relationship grounded in love, laughter, support and friendship,” the statement continued. “We have experienced some of life’s greatest joys and toughest challenges together and our decision to be apart can never diminish that. We want to thank everyone for their support and we ask that our privacy be respected as we move forward.”

This is such sad news!

Ethan, who won Survivor: Africa, has had a very public battle with cancer and Jenna has been by his side every step of the way. In April 2009, Ethan was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma, which was treated with chemotherapy. The cancer returned later that year, and again in 2012.

The couple made many TV appearances together, and they appeared on The Amazing Race and The Celebrity Apprentice.

‘The View’ talk show host and former ‘Survivor’ contestant turns 34 today!

A Happy Birthday goes out to Elizabeth Hasselback! You probably recognize her from The View and Survivor, but in the past we have also seen her on The Look For Less, as well as judging the 2001 Miss Teen USA pageant. Elizabeth, who married high school sweetheart, footballer Tim Hasselbeck, 33, has three kids, Grace, 6, Taylor, 4, and Issiah, almost 2.

Her husband has had quite the influence on her life — Elizabeth looks up to the former quarterback and his family when it comes to her career. But her number one priority, as well as his, remains being hands-on parents to their beautiful kids.

Currently, Hasselbeck is writing a book to explain Osama Bin Laden’s death to children and she has a best-selling book on her struggle with Celiac Disease, The G-Free Diet: A Gluten-Free Survival Guide.

Rob has competed on Survivor a record-breaking four times and he beat out 17 other contestants, winning ‘Survivor: Redemption Island’!

“Boston Rob” Mariano has finally won Survivor! The 35-year-old reality star won eight of the nine votes cast on the CBS finale Survivor: Redemption Island, on May 15 and he gets to take home a cash prize of $1 million! But Rob is no stranger to reality competition shows, he and his wife Amber Mariano have competed on The Amazing Race twice and this was his fourth time on Survivor!

“You don’t know for sure until the votes are read, but I had a pretty good feeling,” Rob says. “I played my heart out. I love this game, but you’ve got to get lucky along the way, too. I know what it takes. It’s really, really difficult. I’m really, really happy things happened the way they did this time.”

Rob beat out contestants Phillip Sheppard, 52, and Natalie Tenerelli, 19 on season 22 which was shot in Nicaragua. You’ve seen “Boston Rob” when he competed on the Marquesas, All-Star and Heroes vs. Villains editions of the show.

The host of Bachelor Pad isn’t ruling out following in the footsteps of Bethenny Frankel and showcasing her pregnancy and impending motherhood on TV.

Former Bachelor finalist and mom-to-be Melissa Rycroft, 27, is back in the reality TV world as the host of Bachelor Pad, but is there another reality TV show in her future? The self-confessed fan of Bethenny Getting Married? is open to the idea of doing a show that showcases her growing baby bump. ”I don’t know what’s about to happen in the next few months with my body and my relationship; there’s going to be so many changes,” she says in the new issue of Parade magazine. “It could be a fun process to have everybody watch us go through a scary time like that, but it could also be a big train wreck!”

Still, after swearing off reality TV forever after finishing her run on The Bachelor, she ended up on Dancing With the Stars and now Bachelor Pad. So, would she involve her family in that kind of enterprise?

“I have learned to never say never… you just embrace whatever comes at you and every opportunity is such a blessing,” she told Parade. “I’m not looking for it, but if it happens, it happens.”

Sounds to us like a definite “yes,” if the offer is right!

What the heck were the Villains thinking voting off Rob last night on Survivor?! He was the only reason I watched! UGH!

A travesty occurred on Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains last night, and I’m so freaking frustrated I can barely write. How dare the Villains send Boston Rob packing? Good luck now, Villains. You’re a bunch of idiots.

For those of you non-Survivor junkies, allow me to give you the Cliff notes rundown of why you should (attempt) to be as angry as I am!

I loved three-time Survivor contestant Rob ‘Boston Rob’ Mariano not only because he was incredibly entertaining, but because he looked after his team’s well-being (ie: single-handedly building a shelter until he passed out).

He explained his ‘hero’ status during his departure interview, saying, “I put ‘em on my shoulders and carr[ied] ‘em as long as I could — but at the end of the day, this is what I get. Thanks.”

Meanwhile, Russell Hantz, a contestant infamously known for his dirty playing techniques, was insecure about Rob’s leader status…and made it his mission to get Rob off the island.

“If you’re gunning for me, you’re not gonna get what you want…not with me. You’re going to have to go,” Russell, the villain of the Villains, threatened during an interview last night — and if the 37-year-old oil millionaire has proven anything during his two stints on Survivor, it’s that he gets what he wants.

Even though he’s such a tool, I hope Russell stays on the island until the show’s finale, since he’s seriously the only contestant left who’s halfway interesting!

Shocking but true…Stephanie and co-star Sam Poueu fell in love on TV, but to give their romance a shot producers completely edited their romance off the show!

Stephanie Anderson may have lost her spot on The Biggest Loser: Couples March 30, but the latest castoff says that being given a shot at love has made her the happiest she’s even been in her life. Sounds like a winner to us!

“Sam and I formed a really great friendship that fell into ‘like,’ that fell into love,” the 29-year-old radio executive from West Hollywood, Calif. told reporters March 31, gushing about her first ever relationship with fellow contestant Sam Poueu, a 24-year-old football coach from Rohnert Park, Calif.

Although the love birds fell for each other almost immediately upon meeting at the ranch in Sept., producers edited their romance completely off the show — which is something we would have loved to witness!

“[The Biggest Loser] isn’t a Survivor, it isn’t a Big Brother,” explained Stephanie, who’s lost more than 80 pounds since the show began. “They didn’t showcase the romance, because that’s truly not what this show is about. As a woman who has never been in love, I was happy they weren’t going to show it!”

We suppose it WOULD be a little awkward to fall for someone with the whole world watching!

Do you think Elisabeth will “survive” her first ice skating lesson with Dancing With The Stars alum Kristi Yamaguchi on ABC’s new show Thin Ice?

Olympic gold medalist and Season 6 Dancing With the Stars champ Kristi Yamaguchi is putting away her dancing shoes and returning to the ice for ABC’s newest show Thin Ice – but this time she gets to be the boss and do the teaching, not the practicing!

And guess who she’ll be teaching? None other than Elisabeth Hasselbeck! The controversial The View co-host will test her skills on the ice in an episode airing March 19th. Considering the mom of three finished fourth place in Survivor: The Australian Outback, we think Elisabeth may have a few tricks up her sleeve!

Elisabeth, 32 is also playing host on the show alongside figure skater Kurt Browning; Kristi, 38, will act as a judge alongside professional figure skaters Katarina Witt and Dick Button. With technical requirements thrown out the window, five couples will compete for viewers’ and judges’ votes. The only requirement: to entertain.
