Makeup:

“This will give the hair a good base of volume. Use a 1″ curling iron after the hair has set for about 10 minutes, to do so wrap 1″ sections around the iron to achieve bouncy curls on the bottom.”

Vanessa’s ready to move on from what happened in the past — but will she ever live down that she posed naked in pictures as a teen?

Vanessa Hudgens is trying hard to put the past behind her. In 2007, nude photos of the now 22-year-old High School Musical star leaked onto the Internet. It happened again in 2009 — and again in March 2011.

“It’s just silly because I’m a very present person, and that’s the thing that has been so in the past,” she tells the Los Angeles Times. “The fact that somebody keeps bringing up the past is just selfish.”

“I mean, it sucks,” Vanessa continues. “I already released a statement the first time it happened. It’s just unfortunate that it keeps reminding people about the past and not the present.”

Vanessa released this statement in 2007: “I want to apologize to my fans, whose support and trust means the world to me. I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos. I am thankful for the support of my family and friends.”

Just a year later, Vanessa blamed the whole incident on the fact that she was a “teenager” when it happened — and that sometimes teens mess up.

“My parents are very supportive of me. And they know I’m a teenager, and yes, kids do stupid things sometimes,” Vanessa said in 2008. “It’s very unfortunate because with the Internet these days, you don’t have a personal life.”

More than anything, Vanessa wants to take the next step in her life. She broke up with her longterm boyfriend Zac Efron in December 2010 and has even been exploring new roles in films such as her sexy, gun-toting turn in Sucker Punch.

Who wore Blu Moon better?

Vanessa Hudgens and Jamie Chung share more than roles in the hit film Sucker Punch — in fact, they have the same fashion sense! Both ladies opted to wear a flowy, leopard-print maxi dress by the affordable line Blu Moon in LA!

Both Vanessa and Jamie looked comfortable yet still boho-chic, and they both kept the accessories simple, wearing long necklaces. Even though I like both get-ups on the gals, I have to say I preferred Vanessa’s take on the dress. Her gold bracelets and messy updo were great additions to the outfit. While I like the dress, I’m not sure Jamie should have worn it on a red carpet! It’s way more appropriate for a day of shopping and relaxing.

Vanesesa Hudgens, 22, is out and about sporting a variety of different beauty looks as she promotes her new film! She showed up at the Sucker Punch premiere in London with a glamorous updo and glittery eyeliner, and we’ve never seen her look so sophisticated! What do you think of this mature beauty look?

We think Vanessa looks better in a more youthful beauty look, like when she appeared at the LA premiere of Sucker Punch. The crimped curls look amazing on her, while the straight hair just makes her face look rounder.

Also, glitter eyeliner isn’t the most flattering on anyone. We think matte and shimmery shadows are a good choice on any face! The naturally beautiful Vanessa doesn’t need to wear too much makeup. Her London premiere look was a little cake-y!

Vanessa Hudgens and Emily Browning appeared at the London premiere of Sucker Punch on March 30 with smooth, silky hair. Meanwhile, Jamie Chung and Abbie Cornish sported glamorous updos. Who do YOU think had the best hair?

Vanessa, 22, went for a more mature beauty look by tying her hair back in a low bun. It’s very chic, but probably not the best idea for Vanessa. Maybe in a few years it’ll look good, but right now it appears she’s trying to add years to her face. Emily, 22, slicked her short hair down and flipped out the ends for sleek beauty. It’s fun and flirty – definitely our fave look!

Jamie, 27, looks like she’s going to the prom! Paired with the bright red lipstick, Jamie sticks out like a sore thumb. This overly dolled-up look isn’t the best for anyone. Abbie, 28, wore a more relaxed updo that gave her freedom to touch her hair without worrying about messing it up.

Hair Wars! Which ‘Sucker Punch’ Star Wore Her Hair The Best? You Decide!

Considering  how much better most of the co-stars looked at the London premiere of Sucker Punch on Mar. 30, I think the cast definitely deserves an award for most improved!

Vanessa opted for an Alberta Ferretti dress — while it was pretty, it didn’t do much for her frame. Abbie Cornish also opted for a dress by the same designer, however, her gown was much more flattering.

Jamie Chung looked vibrant in a bright pink Dolce & Gabbana frock, while Emily Browning was definitely one of my faves from last night, wearing an Azzaro mini. Jena Malone once again opted for a dress by designer Juan Carlos Obando.

While most of the co-stars looked gorgeous, I thought Carla Gugino‘s turquoise dress was a total let down! Who did you think was best dressed?
