<p><span style="font-size: 13px;"><strong><a href="http://www.hollywoodlife.com/2011/05/24/selena-gomez-justin-bieber-vacation-love-advice/" target="_blank">Justin Bieber</a></strong></span><span style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px;">, has a great body and we can tell he&#8217;s been working out</span><span style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px;">! But just how did Justin do it? <strong>HollywoodLife.com</strong> spoke to LA based trainer and owner of Acceleration Gym <strong>Steve Jordan</strong> who reveals how exactly Justin might have gone from a 16-year-old cutie in April of 2010 to a full blown hottie one year later in May 2011!</span></p>
<p>&#8220;It wasn’t dieting like someone who is trying to loose weight that got Justin&#8217;s body looking so lean,&#8221; Steve, also known as <a href="http://americasfitnessambassador.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">America&#8217;s Fitness Ambassador</a> says. &#8220;I think he is eating smarter. He must be eating the right types of food like lean protein which is chicken, fish and steak.&#8221;</p>
<p>Along with Justin&#8217;s healthy diet, he is definitely working out. But with Justin&#8217;s My World 2.0 tour Steve says it probably makes it difficult to hit the gym for an hour every day.</p>
<p>&#8220;Justin could be doing body weight exercises in his trailer or hotel room,&#8221; Steve says. &#8220;Body weight means using your own weight to do exercises like push ups and pull ups for simple yet effective results. He is probably doing 100 push ups a day, 100 pull ups a day and splitting it up. So he might be doing 25 of each in the morning and spreading the rest out over the course of the day.&#8221;</p>
<p>But if you want to get a lean look like Justin, it&#8217;s important to follow a strict diet and workout at least three times a week says Steve. But don&#8217;t expect to see immediate results: &#8220;It most likely took Justin somewhere between six months to one year to achieve the body he has now.&#8221;</p>
<h3>So if you want your man to look like Justin Bieber here&#8217;s how:</h3>
<h3>What to eat:</h3>
<p><strong>Breakfast:</strong></p>
<p>4 Egg Whites</p>
<div>English Muffin with Almond Butter</div>
<div>Snack</div>
<div>Protein  Drink with Green Powder to get lots of vitamins and minerals that are  essential to grow</div>
<div><strong>Lunch:</strong></div>
<div>Chicken  Breast</div>
<div>Pasta</div>
<div>Brocoli</div>
<div><strong>Snack:</strong></div>
<div>Carrots</div>
<div><strong>Dinner:</strong></div>
<div>Pasta  Bolognese which is a meat sauce providing more protein.</div>
<div>Salad  with veggies, oil and vinegar</div>
<h3>Here&#8217;s the workout guide:</h3>
<div><strong>Body  weight exercises</strong>: &#8220;Are exercises that use your own body weight like push ups or pull ups and can be  done anywhere. Perfect for someone who doesn&#8217;t have time to go the gym  like Justin because he&#8217;s touring around the world.</div>
<div><strong>Push  ups:</strong></div>
<div>100 a day is a great way to get upper body definition  and size. It&#8217;s good for chest, shoulders and triceps. And if your keep  one leg in the air while doing it it&#8217;s great for core and glutes.</div>
<div><strong>Sit  ups:</strong></div>
<div>100 a day will give you a six pack. Decline sit ups  where your using more gravitational pull would be my choice for Justin. It&#8217;s where you sit on a plank or inclined surface and do sit ups with your back laying down as if the blood were rushing to your head.  But floor sit ups where  you bringing your whole upper body of the floor is a great alternative.</div>
<div><strong>Chair  Dips:</strong></div>
<div>100 a day is a great for defining the back of the arms,  shoulders and lower chest.</div>
<div><strong>Pull ups:</strong></div>
<div>100  a day is a lot, but if done throughout the day, it can be accomplished. This is a classic military exercise that will give you the V shape that  you see here in the recent photos.</div>

<p>What we wouldn’t give to have a body like <strong>Gwen Stefani’s</strong>! The woman looks like she literally takes a deep breath and – voila – out pops a six pack. We’re sort of flabbergasted that Gwen, 40, shown here walking with equally fit hubby <strong>Gavin Rossdale </strong>, 42, on the beaches of St. Bart&#8217;s Jan. 4 &#8211; not only regained her figure after giving birth TWICE – to <strong>Kingston</strong>, 3, and <strong>Zuma</strong>, 16 months, but that she has any time to work out at all as a busy mom.</p>
<p>Although getting Gwen’s bod may seem effortless, there’s a lot of work that goes into looking so fierce. If you’re prepared to put in the work – and the time – we at <strong>HollywoodLife.com</strong> are happy to share the singer’s six-pack program with you.</p>
<p>Fitness guru <a href="http://stevejordan.com " rel="nofollow"><strong>Steve Jordan,</strong> </a>who has trained <em>Twilight’s </em><strong>Ashley Greene,</strong> <strong>America Ferrara</strong>, <strong>Rosario Dawson</strong> and <strong>Heidi Klum’s</strong> hubby, <strong>Seal,</strong> among others, is the man with the plan. “Gwen’s rock-hard six-pack didn’t come after over-indulging for the holidays,” he tells HollywoodLife.com. “To have a body like this, you have to be very cautious of what you put into your mouth, as well as how you exercise. Walking and dieting will absolutely keeps pounds off the waist and hips, but without proper exercise – which includes focused abdominal work and total body core exercises – you will not get a six-pack.”</p>
<h3>Gwen’s Routine:</h3>
<p>•	Go to bed early and get your eight hours of sleep. “Having young kids or new-borns can get you into the right sleeping pattern. Getting seven to eight hours of sleep helps to regulate important hormones (cortisol) that will help reduce fat around the belly and keep other hormones at optimal levels.”<br />
•	Alternate days of Focused Abs and Total Body Core.  “Focused Abs are like crunches; do three sets of 50 reps each of crunches, reverse crunches and oblique crunches. Then do three sets at one minute each of Total Body Core, which are planks, side planks and lunges with trunk rotation.”<br />
•	Stay active on your off days. “This helps you to use up energy and burn calories. Walk whenever you can. My rule of thumb is that you should perspire once every single day for 20  minutes or more.”</p>
<h3>Gwen’s Diet</h3>
<p>•	Eat small portions to where you are ¾ full. Eat most of your calories in the morning and less calorie-rich foods at he day wears on. “Eat breakfast like a Queen, lunch like a  Princess and dinner like a pauper.”<br />
•	“Have lean proteins like fish, meat, eggs and tofu at every meal.”<br />
•	Eat colorful meals. “Fresh and/or organic vegetables that are full of color are great at every meal – including breakfast.”<br />
•	Stay hydrated. “It’s all about hydration, hydration, hydration, girls. Drinking water is the most essential nutrient in our bodies and a sure way to stay lean and sexy. You should have at least ½ ounce of water per pound of body weight if you are not exercising regularly, and 2/3 of an ounce if you are active for an hour or more every day.”</p>
