The joke really wasn’t funny, but hey, I’ll take any ‘True Blood’ I can get. Is it next summer yet?
Just when I thought I’d seen Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin) have sex with vampires in every way imaginable — in a graveyard, on a drug trip, etc. — along came the Sept. 25 episode of Family Guy to present Sookie’s fang-banging in the most unthinkable form yet: animated!
Warning: Don’t read if you haven’t watched the season finale of ‘True Blood.’ Things are about to get… spoiler-y.
Five deaths, two disappointed vampires and one unsettling return added up to a seriously mind-blowing True Blood season finale. And while I predict a lot of fans have a bad taste in their mouth after the Sept. 11 episode, I loved every minute — and more importantly — every twist.
Plus, ‘old’ Eric rears his ugly head! Do you wish he was still cute & cuddly, or are you glad he has his memory back?
Ding-dong, the witch is dead! Well, sort of. On the Sept. 4 episode of True Blood, Jesus (Kevin Alejandro) used his insane brujo powers — see the terrifying image above — to separate Marnie (Fiona Shaw) from Antonia and lower the forcefield around the Moon Goddess Emporium, allowing Bill (Stephen Moyer) and Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) to bust in and finish her off.
Talk about a compromise! What did you think of tonight’s epic ménage à Temps?
After three long seasons of Bill-or-Eric drama, Sookie (Anna Paquin) finally asked a very important question on the Aug. 21 episode of HBO’s True Blood: “Why can’t I have both?” The end result was a steamy scene that gave both Bill (Stephen Moyer) and Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) fans reason to pause. Then rewind, and play again.
The beautiful couple learns that ‘all is possible’ when they find yet another venue for the old bump & grind.
I’ve been patiently waiting for True Blood‘s Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) and Sookie (Anna Paquin) to get nasty for three seasons, but after the past three weeks, I think I’m ready to see them put their clothes back on. After exchanging blood, the couple spent most of the Aug. 14 episode having drug-induced sex in a Narnia-style fantasy. “Can we make love in it?” Eric asked upon seeing a bed. Try and guess Sookie’s answer.
Plus, the witches drive the vampires to mass-suicide. (Don’t do it, friends! Sookeh needs you!)
The love square that is Sookie Stackhouse’s life got a little more complicated — and awkward — on the Aug. 8 episode of True Blood when Alcide (Joe Manganiello) walked in on Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) plowing Sookie (Anna Paquin) in the woods. Sookie and Eric eventually returned home, where they proceeded to deliver what can only be described as soft-core porn.
Deep in the woods, or down by the fireplace? Vote for the hotter ‘True Blood’ sex scene!
True Blood fans were rewarded for their patience July 31 when Sookie (Anna Paquin) and Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) made sweet nasty love for the first time after three long seasons. But was their romp in the woods hotter than Sookie and Bill’s (Stephen Moyer) first time by the fireplace in season one? Take a good look at the photo and tell us which couple’s first time YOU think was hotter!
Eric & Sookie finally consummated their timeless romance, while Bill drowned his sorrows in a glass of wine. Did I mention he was alone?
I’ve been looking forward to the July 31 episode of True Blood — the much-hyped full moon episode — for a while now, and I have to be honest, it was a little disappointing. As it turns out, you can’t “make” someone a were-panther, so Jason (Ryan Kwanten) didn’t get his big transformation, despite the many episodes dedicated to building up his story line. That being said, I was definitely NOT disappointed by the very last scene, in which Sookie (Anna Paquin) and Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) made sweet nasty love in the middle of the woods!
Took them long enough! Somewhere Bill Compton is weeping big red tears.
The moment we’ve been waiting for all season — well, really for the past three seasons — finally happened on the July 24 episode of True Blood: Sookie (Anna Paquin) finally kissed Eric (Alexander Skarsgard)! It wasn’t a dream, she wasn’t being glamoured, and no one was in any danger of being killed. She did it because she wanted to do it, and I couldn’t be happier.
I can’t even handle how good this show is getting! Read my recap & add your own thoughts on episode 4×03, ‘If You Love Me, Why Am I Dyin’?’
The June 10 episode of True Blood officially upgraded Eric Northman‘s (Alexander Skarsgard) status from “awesome” to “adorable.” With his memory completely wiped clean, he spent most of the hour being — for the very first time — completely innocent and awkward around Sookie (Anna Paquin) and I think we all loved it. The girls who watched the episode with me were literally panting.
Another outstanding episode! Does anyone else think this season might be the best one yet?
Sookie (Anna Paquin) and Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) continued playing the world’s most awkward game of “house” ever on the July 3 episode of True Blood, and I’m really starting to wonder what’s wrong with Sookie. A rich, hot, powerful vampire is throwing himself at her, and she won’t even give him a chance? This girl needs to get her head examined!
Sookie battles scary fairies and clingy ex-boyfriends on the June 26 season premiere!
The fourth season premiere of HBO’s True Blood began and ended with Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin) in her usual brand of sexy danger, though for two very different reasons. Kicking the episode off was the eight minutes of fighting fairy action we’d already seen online, with Sookie and Grandaddy Earl (Gary Cole) narrowly escaping the massive human harvest and returning to Bon Temps. But our blonde, fairy-blooded heroine didn’t quite end up exactly where she expected.
It’s time to choose your side, Truebies. The season premiere is just FOUR days away!
Entertainment Weekly has bestowed upon us three beautiful True Blood covers, featuring Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin) and her supernatural suitors — Bill (Stephen Moyer), Eric (Alexander Skarsgard), and Alcide (Joe Manganiello) — and while I’d wax about how brilliant it was to base them on the famous “American Gothic” painting, we’re really not that kind of site. So let’s just oggle the heck out of them!
Stephen Moyer gave us the straight talk on Bill & Sookie’s relationship in season four — and it’s not looking good.
Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin) called it quits with her pale prince Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer) on last summer’s True Blood finale, and it doesn’t look like they’ll be getting back together anytime soon. Or at all. “I think Bill believes in the whole ‘If you love somebody you have to set them free,’ thing” Stephen told HollywoodLife.com on June 21 at the True Blood season four premiere in Los Angeles.
Which baby do YOU think will hit the genetic lottery?
Science has apparently come a long way, because vampires all over Hollywood are popping out babies! You know all about Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart‘s bundle of joy in Breaking Dawn, and now it looks a True Blood baby might be on the way, too! When Us Weekly asked Stephen Moyer if he and wife Anna Paquin were planning for a family, he gave this cryptic response: “We are busy at the moment, but it will happen at some point.”
