Kim Kardashian‘s smokey eye is her sexy staple — like Marilyn Monroe’s hot red lips — but recently, it has been hard to find her out and about with that signature super dark eye makeup. Scarlett Johansson, 26, and Michelle Trachtenberg, 25 wore gorgeous smokey cat-eyes, and the pointy corners give them a super sexy allure. Scarlett’s gorgeous green eyes were mersmerizing with a hot mauve line drawn above her eye crease. Paired with her new short red hair, she looked radiant!

Michelle did her dark cat-eyes along with a deep red lipstick and barely any blush. Wow — what a vampy look! Stunning!

Nina Dobrev, 22, and Rashida Jones, 35,wore their smokey eyes with rounded edges for a more playful look. Nina filled in her eyebrows to keep the focus on her eyes for a bold beauty look.

Can we talk about Kim Kardashian is pretty much everywhere? If you’ve been trying to figure out how to steal this gorgeous look, I’ve got a break down on how to get it:

Kim’s eye makeup looks like it consists of brown eye shadows that highlight her gorgeous eyes combined with a great liquid liner and a fabulous lengthening mascara. You’ll want to prime your eyes with Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion first to make sure your eye makeup stays put and looks smooth, then use a kit that’s perfect for your eye color, like CoverGirl Eye Enhancers 1-Kit Shadows. Queen Latifah was a hilarious hostess – her New Moon spoof where she tells Robert Pattinson’s Edward Cullen character, “I know you’re busy drinking deer blood and not having sex” had me cracking up! But, the Cover Girl spokeswoman was also a beautiful hostess at the People’s Choice Awards on Jan. 6! “Queen’s three wardrobe changes were my inspiration. I wanted to create a look that would suit all of her dresses,” says celebrity makeup artist D’Andre Michael who created her gorgeous look. We think her royal blue smokey eye, nude lips and glowing bronzed skin was the ultimate winner of the show!

Here are D’Andre’s tips on recreating the Queen’s look!

• First, D’Andre evened out Queen Latifa’s skin with foundation and set it with pressed powder.
• Then, he applied a soft brown shadow above her eye crease and below the lower lash line. “Doing this allows you to blend your darker shadows into a softer color,” he says.
• “I then used Lancome’s Eyeshadow in Garment on the entire lid and blended it into the color I had set above the crease.”
• “I lined the inner bottom eyelid in black for depth” and then coated the lashes with Cover Girl LashBlast Volume Waterproof Mascara in Very Black.
• “For Queen’s lips, I wanted to offset the smokey eye by doing more of a nude lip so her eyes would stand out. I used a base coat of MAC Lipstick in Velvet Teddy,” D’Andre says.
• “To complete the overall look I applied Cover Girl Queen Collection Natural Hue Bronzer in Brown Bronze for a soft and subtle glow,” D’Andre says. - Marta Topran

This festive season, try out a bronzey-brown smokey eye that wont overpower your outfit while still being totally smoldering like Evan Rachel Wood’s. “We wanted this look to be classic and metropolitan — something very evening but soft and subtle,” says makeup artist Toby Fleischman who created this look for Evan.

Want to copy Evan’s party perfect eye? Here’s how!:

1. “I used Boots No 7 Stay Perfect Eye Mousse in Khaki as a base all over Evan’s lids,” Toby says.
2. “I lined both the top and bottom of her eyes with Mac Eye Pencil in Coffee. Then, I smudged the line into the lashes to diffuse the color a bit,” she says.
3. “I blended Max Factor Vivid Impact Duo in Irish Coffee into her crease, outer corner and smudged it into the lower lash line too.”
4. “To keep Evan’s look warm and soft, we didn’t want to go too dark on the lips. Sephora Brilliant Shine Lip Gloss in Bronzed Beauty is one of my absolute favorites because of its sheer color and gorgeous gold flecks. It’s versatile enough to go with red and brown clothes. Your weekend homework: copying Zoe’s smoldering eyes!

How gorgeous did Zoe Saldana look at the Avatar premiere in London on Dec. 10? “I wanted Zoe to look like old Hollywood glamorour,” says makeup artist Vera Steimberg who created this stunning look for Zoe.
“I decided to concentrate on her eyes to complement the amazing grey Roland Mouret dress she was wearing,” Vera says. To get her look, Vera mixed together different dark hues from the Chanel eye gloss palette and lined Zoe’s lash lines with a black Bobbi Brown liner. To “bring some warmth to the eyes,” Vera used a gold liner underneath her lower lashes. To keep the focus on the eyes, a swipe of pinky blush and a nude lip are all you need. – Marta Topran

She has some killer smokey eyes, literally! Norma Hill-Patton, the makeup designer for New Moon gives us tips on how we can look just as fierce.

1 Less is more: “Be sparing with dark colors – it’s easier to add more than to remove it.”
2 Prevent a mess: “Hold a tissue under your eye to catch any falling shadow.”
3 Even it out: “Blend the colors together well around the eye with a soft brush.”
4 Make eyes pop: “Rim the inside of the upper and lower lids with a black pencil.”

Norma used individual false black lashes to Dakota’s eyes. To get a similar look without falsies, Norma says to “hold a mirror below your chin and look down into it while you apply mascara. This gives you a sweeping look to the lashes without getting any mascara on the lids.”
